Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

An ideal house to relax and be quiet, while being able to swim right downstairs in a sublime beach. Very beautiful beaches also 10’drive away. And the isola of San Pietro and its town Carloforte are definitely worth it. A real favorite! We'll be happy to come back! Thank you Alessandra.

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

We had a great time at Casa de Turi. Very peaceful. Loved the garden and the views. The outdoor showers were a hit. Close to all of the great beaches on the island. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We stayed in Marco and Gabriella's house for 10 days. We felt like at home. It is very tastefully decorated! The kitchen was so perfectly equipped that we liked to cook ourselves and then ate on the terrace with a magnificent sea view. At night, the house is beautifully illuminated. The first great beaches can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. Marco gave us many tips on beaches and restaurants. He told us which beaches are best protected from the winds (Sciorroco or Mistral...). Incidentally, we named the little turtle Siggi😉. It was a great stay. We'd love to come back!♥️♥️♥️

Our vacation in Elmira's house was very nice! The accommodation was very clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Communication with Enrico worked smoothly, Enrico was very nice, always available and responded very quickly. The beach Sa Ruxi is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes and Villasimius is also a few minutes away by car. The accommodation looks bigger in the photos, which did not bother us. I'm sure we'll be back!

Best location in Porto Pino - really close to the beach and our sailing venue. Yet extremely private and peaceful. Dani was incredibly attentive and helpful to all our needs. Will absolutely return to stay in Villa Lucia if back in Porto Pino one day.

Loved the house! Very comfortable and private. Lots off deers in the evening. It was everything we hoped for. Would be nice if we could visit again some day.

We loved this place! Most amazing host Angelo saved us - arranged for us shuttle from the airport at the midnight. Many super helpful recommendations, amazing bbq in the patio. Definitely would love to come back!

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

The photos dont do the view justice. Amazing elevated location. Perfect location to head to the Chia beachs and beyond. Great wind all day with flow through doors/windows kept the place cool without needing the aircon. An excellent place to tour Sardinia from. Andrea the host was impeccable and I would airbnb with her anytime.

We were 8 adults and 3 children. We had a wonderful time in Gloria's beautiful house and are more than happy to recommend this place! The house is spacious, tasteful and beautifully renovated. The 5 rooms are well and conveniently furnished. Two well-maintained bathrooms and a toilet, all renovated and very clean. On the terrace is a very large table that accommodates everyone. The garden is beautiful, pine trees and Mediterranean plants, sun loungers and space to play and linger. And enough space for cars behind the house. An outdoor shower with hot water - so pleasant! It is only about 200 steps to the clean sandy beach. The sea was still warm at the end of September/beginning of October, and there were few people on the beach. Beautiful sunrises over the sea - beautiful atmosphere on the beach and in the garden! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is not unlimited - a challenge for a large group like ours ;) Gloria responded very quickly each time.

We absolutely loved our stay here as a group of friends! We had a car and everything was very close. The house is big, clean and with a pool and bbq - what else can you want! Thanks Riccardo!

We had a fantastic time at the villa! The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures - maybe even better. Especially the large, clean pool and the quiet location in the private complex with great views made our stay perfect. Communication with Sabrina was great from the start – she was always available, welcomed us warmly and provided us with many tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. Check-in and amenities were also absolutely straightforward and well thought out. The location is ideal between Cagliari and the beaches of Chia - perfect for day trips and relaxation. We were there with several people and had plenty of space - inside and outside. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Roberto and his family welcomed us in their beautiful, spatious and amazing Villa. The entry garden is beautiful, and elegant, the pool is big and deep, the tennis court is recent and with perfect light for nocturne play. The villa was also perfect with outside space close to the pool. AC was also present in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. In addition, Roberto took very good care of us by making sure we had everything we need, including booking a taxi when needed. Finally, I can only highly recommend this Villa as Top choice from south Sardaigna. Best,

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

The house is really beautiful. It is well equipped and has air conditioning. Flexible fly screens on almost all doors and windows. Electric roof windows with external roller blind. All in all, a quiet location. A very nice pool and great loungers, we had a problem with the pool, which was immediately resolved. The on-site contact was really great and the owner was also very correct and friendly. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so you really always need a car. The only thing that is a little difficult is the whole waste disposal. First of all, separating and collecting waste is a change, but leaving the house waste-free is a challenge. If the owner had not taken this problem off our hands, it would not have been solvable for us. I appreciate it. Thanks 🙏 We will definitely be back at some point.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

Lovely and responsive host. Place is spacious and clean. Practical in decoration, not fancy but nice environment.

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️
