This cozy studio apartment has its own private driveway & entrance on the first floor of our home in Smallwood, New York; so private, in fact, you'll never know we're there. Nestled in the woods of the southern Catskills, we’re only 6.5 miles from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, built in the footprint of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

The house has a good wifi internet service. All the a/c's have remote controls and you can adjust for a little heat on a chilly morning.
