We are located in the village of Varnice, at the foot of the Ostrvica mountain, about 90 minutes away from Belgrade. The ground floor of the house consists of a kitchen and living room, bathroom and terrace, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms, a hallway and a bathroom. The total accommodation capacity is 7 people. We're pet-friendly. At an additional cost, we serve traditional Šumadija specialties made from local organic ingredients. The Ostrvica mountain, a natural monument of volcanic origin, is very popular, and at its top are the remains of a castle built in the 15th century.

The newly built facility in the elite neighborhood will provide rest and enjoyment to all your senses. The accommodation has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable terrace overlooking the mountain and the city. It offers a free garage space, a default WiFi connection with the use of two air conditioners. Dračica-Toskanica is a cottage for rest and pleasure in central part of Šumadija, in the village of Drača. It is located in quiet part of the village, near the main road. The house consists of a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Comfortable dining terrace is in front of the house, with a beautiful view. The yard is in a pleasant shade, surrounded by flowers and greenery. Behind the house is an orchard with a vineyard and a large porch.
