Holiday rentals with a patio in Sumaré

I was hosted for 4 days and it was a great experience! Cintia facilitated our communication and our stay and always responded to me very kindly and quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, organized and with all amenities for a good stay. The district is excellent with a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. I will need to go back more often to Campinas and I certainly want to stay in this apartment again. We thank you only by the owners for the support received! I recommend it with no hesitation. Thank you again!

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decor and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a way to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and has not fallen once for a week that we were there. There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

The studio is charming and cozy, perfect for people who need accommodation near the airport. I loved it, Mrs. Katiane is kind and flexible. I loved it!

A small house but with everything you need! It's a really cool studio, and for couples traveling it's great, I went by motorcycle so it fit easily in the garage, if your car is a sedan you'll have to stay on the street, but the neighborhood is very quiet! There are 3 studios wall to wall, so you may hear what the people next door are doing, but nothing too much!

This is the second time we have stayed at Rodrigo's house. The location is great, the condominium is very quiet and has everything close by. We always enjoy the swimming pool, the barbecue, the living room is very cozy, the showers are great... we love to stay there and highly recommend!
