I stayed in this apartment and had a very comfortable experience 👌. Great location, with a grocery store right downstairs and 24-hour security 🔒. The host was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, well-arranged, and had all the essentials 🛋️🧼. Rooftop pool with a stunning view of the Twin Towers, plus a café on the top floor ☕🌆. One small note: there was a slight odor from the upper bathroom that could use some fixing 🚿. Overall, I recommend it—especially for families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦—and I’d stay here again.

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.

The hosts were very response and kind in helping with even small request. Great value for premium and cozy feel at a decent price. Would recommend!

We had a lovely family reunion in Ipoh staying at this home. The home looked like what was advertised on the site. It was clean, welcoming , whole house was well air conditioned and the host was very helpful throughout the whole process from booking, check in , up to our departure. My sister’s little dog felt welcomed too!!

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

Place was very homely and calming due to the colours and furnitures. Has a washing machine and breakfast was send to us in the morning. Truly recommended, too bad we stayed for 1 night only..Thanks Syamsul.

A perfect place for our first ever PongKang Sportsfest. The place had the amenities as described- basketball, badminton, billiards, football table, darts, and many more other small games. It’s a new place. Lights all over the house and garden. Michelle and Alex are one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They’re very responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back to this place soon. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable and just nice for my family. The kitchen had all the basic items I needed, which made things a lot easier, especially since I was travelling with my 10mo baby. There were enough power points around the house, which is convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. p/s I accidentally left behind my favourite thermos and its carry bag - totally my fault! Overall, our family had a lovely stay and a good rest while attending a wedding nearby. Recommended.

The location is a distance from eateries like Mount Austin. Definitely need to have a vehicle to travel to the nearest eateries. Great accomodation for 10 people to stay.

The apartment was new & very good condition. Cleanliness was great. Location was great, easy to travel to and from. Just had these issues to be improved: - the bed was a bit smaller than photo indicated - one of the bed was collapsed while sleeping, needed to fix twice. - balcony light was flickering so we just turn off - one of the light in the bathroom of master bed room was malfunctioning so we just switched off Other than these, we had a perfect stay.

The place was clean and nice. Yes, something I would recommend to others too. My family will definately will book it again whenever we go to Seremban 2. We have always look for a place that prioritise cleaniness. The place quite far from the city but the neighbourhood was peaceful and calm since it was away from the busy city. The host was nice and responsive. We hava small hiccup whereby the cover of the ceiling fan fell off but other than that it was all good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Siang’s Place at Straits Quay. This was the first AiraBNB in a long time where a person showed up to check us in and out. Kev was our contact person during our stay and he was kind, helpful and always available. The unit was clean and comfortable matching the description on the listing. All of the other nice things that people have said in their reviews are true. Even though the unit does not face the water, the balcony is large and nicely shaded in the morning for enjoying our coffee. Some of the things we really liked include the pool and gym (new equipment in the gym and strong AC), the wonderful grocery store just a few steps away, the walking paths along the water (perfect for morning or evening walks), easy pick up and drop off for Grab, and the weekly cleaning service included in the fee. Great stay, we will come again. Thanks Kev and Siang.

It's really a great place for a staycation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the swimming pool was lovely. The sunset view from the pool is something I definitely look forward to experiencing again. I will consider staying here again next time. The accommodation is a studio room with one double bed and an additional mattress provided for a third guest. The house is clean and includes all the amenities listed in the description. Unfortunately, the projector was out of service, and the host was unaware of this. However, the host kindly acknowledged the issue, and I hope it will be fixed by the time of my next visit.

Comfortable, convenient, very suitable for stay

This is my third stay with Khoo. The unit is, as always, very clean and tidy. Khoo is responsive and helpful — I had accidentally left my pillow in the master room, and he managed to return it to me promptly. Will definitely recommend to others.
