Apartment holiday rentals in Summerlin, Las Vegas

I’m incredibly grateful for my stay here. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I felt safe in the building, and the neighbors seemed nice. The bed was great. The apartment was well-equipped for someone staying more than a few days, so I had almost everything I needed for 2weeks there — just missed a few minor kitchen items, but nothing essential. The AC was a bit noisy, so I didn’t run it at night — probably the only downside. The parking spot was large and convenient. I only used it once, but it was really great to have. I didn’t have a car, so I walked to get groceries. The area didn’t feel 100% safe, but it was manageable even for a solo female traveler. Getting to the Strip was easy and affordable when needed, around 10-15 min and 10-20$ Uber/Lyft. Same thing about airport The biggest thing I appreciated was the flexibility with check-in/check-out - it truly made a difference for me! I’d happily stay here again on my next trip - it was a very pleasant experience🙏

Patrick's place not only looked as great as his pictures but you can tell he cares about the people he's hosting. He checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. He has dimmers for all of his lights, which we found great for staying in a place you're not familiar with. He even had a decent amount of hangers available in the closet, I know that might sound simple but for some of us, it's the little things that stand out. If I ever become a Airbnb host, I'd ask Patrick for tips and tricks for sure. I even looked at his other properties for future vacations. Thanks again Patrick!

The place was very nice and we loved our stay ! Every item had been provided as per needs ! Lot of care has been taken to provide all amenities.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

What a GREAT host! Lissie took the time to meet us upon arrival, and help us through the check-in process (she even helped carry our bags. What other host does that?!?). She was sure to send the directions to us upon arrival to Las Vegas, making it very easy to find. We walked in to a counter that had cookies, just for us! Settling in was easy, and we all felt right at home. Beds were all super comfy, livingroom was cozy, and although we didn't use it (poor air quality that day) the patio has a nice loveseat, in case you need some time outside. Bathrooms were clean, and spacious. Overall a great place to come back to while visiting Las Vegas. not too far away from the Summerlin area, with access to most, if not ALL major retailers, and endless restaurants, and the Durango Hotel/Casino, with high-end dining, if you're looking for it. If you're bringing family to Vegas for a great time, this is the one to book!

Paul’s place was exactly as described , clean and comfortable. Modern decor and everything you’d need for a multiweek stay. Appreciated the black out shades and plush mattress a lot. If you want good value, this places hits all the bases. Communication was also superb, how you’d like it to be.

Easy to locate and make ourselves at home. Very impressed with all the available amenities after flying in and not having to go out and shop. We were able to sit down and have a coffee. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. We spent 4 weeks and enjoyed the two pools and friendly neighbours and well kept grounds. Just a 3 minute bus ride (#202) on Flamingo Ave. to the LV Blvd, at a cost of $2. if you choose not to walk over the freeway. Rio & Palms resorts are 2 blocks away. We never spoke with our hosts after arrival, as we didn't have too. Everything worked well and we had no problems, except for maybe having to take a bathroom break at 3 AM and trying not to wake my wife because of the squeaky wood bed frame with a nice firm queen mattress. We enjoyed the location and condo very much. Thank you.

Laci's place was close to the action but far enough away from the noise. She was responsive for any needs. An upgrade to the master bath would be nice. I'd recommend a stay here and would return.

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

The place was so well-maintained. It was very clean and organized. The towels and linens were clean and smelled fresh. The place accommodated 6 guests very comfortably. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was walking distance to Rio and Goldcoast. It is also a very short uber ride to the strip.

This is the Best unit at The Signature. I have stayed in many and this is the Best! Top floor. Corner unit. Strip view. Clean. Great owner. Quiet. Balcony and window views are amazing! Be aware that the airport side of the signature is facing a party pool club and the bass from that pool Thurs-Sun penetrates every unit on that side of the building! Stay in a strip facing unit and there are none better than this one! Stay was amazing!

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Beautiful condo at Lake Las Vegas. Very clean, comfortable bed, gorgeous views.

Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless, very modern, and super comfortable! The location was great and had a lot of restaurants close by. The bed was so comfy and it felt very safe going to sleep at night! The table fan in the bedroom was very nice to have as well. Communication with Jack was very easy, helpful, and he responded in a timely manner! Overall, an incredible place to stay and we will definitely be back!!!!

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect! The one bedroom luxury apartment had enough space for our clothes, shoes, and luggage. We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and organization of the apartment. The beds and pillows were soft. Host provided everything like towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. Also, pool towels are provided in the apartment. If you want coffee, it’s best to buy your own coffee, sugar, honey, and/or creamer. My sister and I just bought coffee from the nearby cafe. The community is really nice! Next time I’ll have to bring my kids. The commute to and from the main city of Vegas is not too bad. We didn’t visit downtown or the strip that much anyways. We just enjoyed our time at the apartment and pool. The hosts were friendly and responsive. They took time out of their day to message my sister and I the evening before we checked out. I’ve always wanted to stay in Henderson and this place did NOT disappoint! It felt like home.
