Great place to stay away from the strip. Easy to get to the strip in 10 minutes. Way more private that staying in a hotel. Recommended

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

Arree was an amazing host! He was extremely accommodating, he was fast at replying to any questions we had. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and had amazing amenities! Cannot thank Arree enough for allowing us to stay here, will definitely book again when I’m in the area!

We had an amazing stay at alex’s penthouse. The place was clean and the view was extraordinary on the balcony especially at night. Everything was easy to get to with an uber and coming back to this place really gave us the Las Vegas experience. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. Jesuric and his team were super helpful and responsive! The house was great and the pool was a lovely addition in the Las Vegas heat. We came during a weather-crazy time, but overall the experience was great and the house was so clean and tidy. Being in the neighborhood helped us be close to family, too. Can't wait to visit again!

We stayed for 2 nights and we were glad we book this place. It was beautiful and spacious enough to host 10 of us. location was quiet, peaceful and close by to the strip (under 30mins). Due to the summer heat, the pool was convenient for us to take a dip and cool off. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. Our host, Emily was responsive, over all experience was great.

Peaceful neighborhood and closed to all major attractions in Vegas. The house is very well maintained and spotless clean - just felt right at home! Please continue the fantastic work which is a real gem on Airbnb.

We decided to not stay on the strip this time and stayed here instead for 5 nights. We enjoyed it very much. Was much better having normal price restaurants to eat at which were right down the street. The few times we did go downtown it was only a $20 Lyft ride each way or we took the rental car. Went to Red Rock Canyon twice, which was only about 15 minutes away. Red Rock Casino let's you buy a pool day pass for $30. Overall a much more relaxing stay compared to the strip. The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Would stay again.

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. We stayed at Nubar’s place while in Vegas for 5 nights. The place was wonderful! Extremely tidy and welcoming and felt very homely. The pool was clean and easy to adjust the temperature. Nubar was always responsive and helped with any questions we had. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Wish the pool and jacuzzi was heated. Beware of the $325 cleaning fee and $180 Airb&b fees beyond the nightly rental fee.

This place was great! We were only there for 3 nights but loved every minute that we spent at the home! Pool and backyard was clean and relaxing! Master bathroom/shower was amazing - very large! The pool table was the highlight for our group! We were playing constantly! We love that it was right there in the main gathering area! Thank you Irma! You are the best host we’ve ever dealt with! Will definitely stay again!

The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Has lots of utensils and China if you plan to cook. The pool table is a great plus but the tip of the stick are broken and needs to be replaced. The mat in the kitchen unsafe as I tripped many times on it. Shower needs some mats so went you open the shower door you have some to step other that water. (Nel was made aware and she plan to correct) Nel was amazing she communicated with me throughout the stay and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so clean and all ehw amenities were awesome! the pool was great! The location is centrally located to get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. We will definitely be back!

Check-in was simple and smooth, and the home was clean and well-kept upon arrival. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like laundry pods and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The backyard and pool area truly made the trip, we spent most of our time out there relaxing and soaking up the sun. The host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which added to the comfort. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you plan to cook, you may want to bring your own preferred spices or seasonings. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely return!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We wanted to stay away from the Strip, and this location was the ideal distance—private, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

The home was very clean and comfortable. Gloria was very responsive to questions and dealt immediately to any issues. The area was quiet and close to all amenities. This was the first time we stayed in a home rather than a condo. I enjoyed being in a house instead. Would love to stay again.
