Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Summerlin South

Truly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s house. The place was nicer than the photos!!! Very comfortable for our 4 night stay. House was well stocked with everything we needed, just had to pick up groceries. Location was excellent and very quiet. 15 min to strip and Sphere. Pool was refreshing. Ping pong and pool table were a hit. Bed and entire house were very comfortable. Would highly recommend Michael’s place for your next trip to Vegas!!!

We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect with so much to do less than 5 to 10 minutes away. Neighborhood was quiet. If we had any questions at all, we were quick to get a response. Would definitely stay here again.

This space definitely outshines the pictures and or listing itself. It was clean, beautifully decorated offered all the amenities. Quiet and quaint location. He is friendly and responsive and makes himself available if necessary. I would definitely stay with him again.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so clean and all ehw amenities were awesome! the pool was great! The location is centrally located to get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the peaceful surroundings were a huge plus. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the hot tub in the cool, early mornings. It was the perfect way to start the day. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, modern, and spacious, yet still felt incredibly cozy and comfortable. It was the perfect home away from home. One of the things I really appreciated was how thoughtfully stocked it was. There were plenty of essentials provided, including water, coffee, and other basics, which made it super convenient and meant we didn’t have to run out to buy extra supplies. Every detail was well thought out, and it’s clear the host cares about making guests feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Easily the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. Koko was super responsive and attentive which made everything smooth from start to finish. The place felt clean, stylish, and upscale (at least compared to what I’m used to). The place was able to comfortably house 4 of us including one of my friends who opted to sleep on the couch and said it was comfortable for him. The location is also great, we decided to walk the mini strip they had In that neighborhood 3 out of the 5 nights we were there and we were able to find good eats or entertainment all 3 nights. Highly recommend!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

A very fast responder to any issues you’ll have or questions you have. Very detailed description of airbnb, easy to get into the place with the easy to follow instructions. Very respectful and checked in on us and made sure everything was okay. The place was nice and it felt welcoming.

Honestly one of the best airbnb I have ever seen. Beautiful inside private and very clean. I loved it and for my first time in Vegas I couldn’t have stayed in a better spot. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Amazing!

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
