It is a spacious, spotless, private space for you to enjoy and relax in. We are across the road from a golf course (views across the 8th fairway from the front deck), we are also close to shopping, dining and many family activities. PRIVATE two room suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. One room has a double bed the other room has a king sized bed, dining table and (queen-pull out) couch. Suite includes well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Also, AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Local friendly hosts. Not suitable for parties.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
