Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sumner County

This is a lovely little house that was close to where we needed to be for the purpose of our trip. It was very quiet and had a deck that we could relax on and enjoy the sun. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

Tasteful whimsy, curated fun, great for pets and kids. An excellent stay! It's in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, and very spacious. But lots of restaurants, attractions, and shops are close. It's exceptionally clean, yet homey. The thoughtful touches and full appliances really set this stay apart. The kitchen is well equipped, perhaps the best I've had at an Airbnb. The bathroom is very nice, with a great shower and soaking tub. The living space is all about enjoyment. There are books, games, interesting and interactive things to enjoy, and the furniture is classic, comfortable, and stylish. There are many things that are great for kids and pets like a moveable door gate, fenced in large yard, deck with gate, covered outlets, and lots of accessories. The thought and care Chris puts into this stay makes it a real experience to remember. Thanks Chris! :)

Amazing property and amazing hosts! This place is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Fit my family perfectly and had lots of games and toys for our kids!!

Tricia, Maria, and Reid were awesome hosts! The house itself is very clean with modern updates and the pictures represent it well. Their home is great for a large group and is about a half hour from downtown Nashville. They were super responsive with communicating and there to answer every question I had. Our family is already looking to book with them again next year!

Chris’ home was the perfect place for me to recover from my surgery. I needed to stay locally for a week after a major surgery in Nashville and his home is this lovely, quiet neighborhood was perfect. It’s not fancy, but clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The amenities were just as described. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded quickly. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend.

Vicki was very kind and welcoming to me and my children during our stay. I enjoyed getting to chat with her and it was nice that she was close for the duration of our stay. I wanted a quiet place to sleep away from the city life while I visited Nashville, and Charlotte’s Airbnb fit that perfectly! She was very friendly and open to communication as needed. The place was spotless and felt like home. She even included a map of Nashville with different activities to do, which was very helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back the next time I visit the area!

Very nice and relaxing three days away from hustle and bustle of city. Pool and lake were beautiful. Very nice suburban community quiet and safe. Lots of wildlife. House was very comfortable. Great beds and shower and kitchen.

We loved our stay while in town for a wedding. Josie's place was super clean and nicely decorated. The area was quiet. Josie was a great communicator and sent helpful information and instructions. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

it was so lovely to stay at Jenny and Dave's place! They made us feel very welcome and were easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. It's a quiet neighborhood, and it was very easy to get to anywhere we needed to be, only 20 minutes from the airport! I would definitely stay here if I'm visiting Nashville again.
