The entire building has a water purification system "Ryo Water Workshop" and a water softener, and all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.A supermarket is a 3 minute drive away, and there are also places to eat and drink within walking distance.
