The cabin is located in historic surroundings by the Eidsvoll building. Central location: Train 5 min to Oslo Airport, bus 3 min to train station, bus stop 200 m. Museum, galleries, cafes(wifi), restaurant and second hand right next to the cottage. Great hiking areas and swimming beaches at Hurdalsjøen 2 km. Mjøsa/Vorma 10 km, there you can travel on the world's oldest paddle boat and visit the emerald mines. Fishing opportunities in Andelva. - renting 2 mattress/field bed for an additional fee

Come enjoy this quiet lakeside setting. The property is situated on the edge of the forest, 100 m from a small lake that connects to Storsjøen. There are plenty of hiking tracks in the forest, and we have two bikes for rent so you can explore the countryside roads. Storsjøen is a large lake great for fishing both in the summer and winter. In the summer, you can take the river down to the village of Skarnes, situated on Norway's longest river Glomma. We have a boat, a canoe and a kayak for rent.

There are intercity trains, and you take about 6 minutes to OSL Gardermoen and about 30 min to Oslo Central Station.
