Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Closest to Skatan's cafe and restaurant that will, among other things, offer jazz evenings this summer. Galtström's mill is also a popular excursion destination with an old working environment with harbor and swimming at Vitsand. In Junibodsand and Lörudden there are also nice summer restaurants.
