The courtyard house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The Red Cabin in Ulvsjön

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation, 15 minutes from the center of Sweden. Enjoy the place as is enriched with fishing waters, go hiking in the forest, close to the beach, rent a raft. Picking berries/mushrooms in the forest. Close to the bathhouse; a grocery store and restaurant are 20 km (12 miles) away. The cottage has a glass-enclosed patio. There is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be extended for 2 people. A dog run is available next to where Gullan and Kajsa live during the day; at night, they are not in the dog run.

Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Transportation is by own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time as agreed with us. Possibility to rent a boat for SEK 250/day

Directly by the water

Relax in this quiet accommodation, beautifully situated with a nice view of the Ljungan River. Private dock where you can take a morning swim. Two SUPs with life jackets are also available to borrow. Only about 1 km from Matfors center, where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Large terraces and garden for relaxation. It is also excellent for fishing straight from the jetty (a fishing license is required if you are over 15 years old) Only 12 km to the fine river fishing in lower Ljungan (Salmon, Sea trout, Grayling, etc.)

Höga Kusten! From SEK 500/night

This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

Loft with ocean view

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. It is also possible to rent the sauna, 2 paddleboards and an extra bedroom with a bunk bed on the lower floor. During the summer, smoked fish is also sold. See general for more info.

Gårdshuset

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.

The Cookhouse

Partially renovated cottage with new bathroom and kitchen. Beach plot with its own dock. Bedroom 1 2 beds in a double bed. Kitchen Newly renovated and equipped with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, etc. Living room Renovated with new surfaces but where a rustic wooden floor and ceiling have also been preserved. Restored fireplace (not in use). 2 beds in a pull-out sofa bed. See photos. Bathrooms Newly-built bathroom equipped with old-style tiles and clinkers.

The house consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed w=1200 at the bottom, sauna and shower. Included in the rental: Fully-equipped kitchen with running water, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Living room, TV and more. Hiking trails: In the immediate vicinity Towels and bed linen are not included. Nor is breakfast. Cleaning is not included.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
