One of my dearest personal projects! This lovely one bedroom apartment is set on one of the most important boulevards in the heart of Bucharest- Calea Victoriei. It bears a lot of history, that i wanted to keep and revive. As i do in all my apartments, i kept the beautiful wooden floor, that was laid down using a technique which is not used anymore and one more element that i let you discover.That will tell you a bit about the women who lived there. Everything else has been changed completely.

This beautiful 1 Bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Bucharest, right at the entrance to the charming Cismigiu park and a short walking distance to the Old Town. Location wise it doesn't get any better than this. From the peaceful balcony you have an amazing green view. The place is easily accessible by public transport (bus & metro). This bright flat was fully refurbished in the summer of 2021 with high standard materials and has all possible amenities available for a perfect stay.

We offer transfer/shuttle to/from the airport (charged). The apartment is close to Arcul de Triumf, Herăstrau park, Elias hospital, Domenii square, stadium, Cașin church, Sabatini restaurant and other places suitable for all kinds of activities. It can accommodate up to 7 people (one double bed, two sofa beds, both with a Dormeo orthopedic mattress, plus a folding bed) and one child up to 3 years old (there is a special bed). Sodexo/Edenred cards accepted. Pets and parties are not accepted.
