Koristili smo Draganin apartman za vrijeme poslovnog posjeta Beogradu i okolci. Dragana i njeni ukučani su odlični domaćini. Kvalitetan, prostran, odlično opremljen i savršeno čist i uredan apartman. Privatni parking ispred apartmana. Svakako ću probati ponovno doći.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Her şey çok güzeldi, biz 5 gün kaldık. Gayet temizdi ve çok yardımcıydılar. Her sorumuza memnuniyetle açıklayıcı şekilde dönüş sağladılar. Konumu size merkeze uzak gibi görünüyor olsa bile asla öyle değil merak etmeyin, çok güzel bir mahallede yer alıyor ve her yere hem yürüyerek hem de şehir otobüsleriyle kolayca ulaşım sağladık o yönden bir sakıncanız olmasın. Şehir merkezinde çoğu yer 10da kapanıyor o yüzden eve dönüşteki parkın orada 7/24 açık marketler ve 12ye kadar açık kafe ve restoranlar var, açıkçası bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. İki kişi için gayet ideal ve kendi bahçesi var.

Wenn auch an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, fühlt man sich aufgrund des grün bewachsenen Hinterhofes auf der Rückseite des Hauses geborgen, so dass der Verkehr weiter entfernt erscheint. Die Wohnung hat alles Notwendige - sogar einen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist unter Rücksichtnahme der alten Bausubstanz liebevoll, mitunter durch kreativ-praktikable Lösungen findend, hergerichtet. Der Holzboden, die großen Fenster, im Zusammenspiel mit dem Blick auf die Bäume und des Bildes an der gegenüberliegenden Wand, geben dem Raum eine schöne Atmosphäre. Der durch den Eingang lichtbeschienene Vorraum mit Ganzkörperspiegel vergrößert das kleine innenliegende Bad. Pedja ist freundlich, zuvorkommend, klar kommunizierend und da, wenn man ihn braucht - einfach angenehm.

The house is very well designed. It is in a quiet place. Vesna helps with everything. It is a bit far from the city but easy to reach. There are sweet cats in the garden, don't forget to feed them

The place has everything you need. Wi-fi was always stable and the host was responsive. Very convenient transport to the city center. Definitely worth the money 👌🏻

çevre çok yeşil, nehir kenarında yürüyüş keyifli, ev temiz. Kararına hızlı cevap verdi. Merkezi konumlara otobüsle 10 dakika. Sadece çek yat uyku için çok rahat değil. Fakat kısa süreli konaklama da sorun edilecek bir konu değil

We stayed for one night at Nikolas place. It was just like in the pictures. The view is great and the apartment fantastic. Would love to stay here again

Zoran and his wife are wonderful and very attentive hosts. They were extremely helpful in making sure we got from the airport to the house comfortably. They had even prepared a Belgrade travel guide for us at the house — including a Turkish version! The house was very clean, you can stay there with peace of mind. Location of the house: It's close to everything — you can walk everywhere or take the bus from stops nearby. There’s a market close to the house and a bakery right across the street. If I were to come to Belgrade again, I would definitely choose this place again.

básico básico básico pero creo que por el precio es justo... limpio. Buena vista buena ubicación. hubo un día de mucho calor que era insoportable se calentaba demasiado la habitación. la descripción corresponde totalmente y no tengo nada que objetar , sólo como punto a mejorar sería la "cama". ese sillón es muy incómodo . la almohada no es una almohada para un adulto. creo que es hora de comprar un nuevo sillón cama de mejor calidad es estás durmiendo prácticamente sobre una madera. lo demás es justo y básico por el precio pagado.

The place was amazing and it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you need for your. I want especially mention that Num and Dragan always asked if everything was okay and if they could be of assistance. We really enjoy the stay and definitely recommend.

Уютная чистая квартира в Земуне, очень тихо, близко набережная Дуная. Есть всё необходимое. Хозяйка всегда на связи. Рекомендую гостям Белграда!

Small apartment in the center.

Was perfect!

Alex's apartment was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, and Svetlana, who met us upon arrival, was exceptional. Svetlana also provided recommendations on restaurants and was readily available to answer questions throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the apartment again if we return to Belgrade.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen 9-tägigen Aufenthalt und sind absolut zufrieden! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – man hat sich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage war ideal und gut angebunden. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber Gile sowie der Co-Host Mira jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Natasha’s apartment. The room was very clean, and the bedsheets were fresh, white, and spotless with no smell at all, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the Saint Sava Temple, Nikola Tesla Museum, Knez Mihailova street, and many other great spots in Belgrade. Everything was close and easy to reach. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Nemanja is responding instantly, polite, with manners, instructions very clear, flat is in the middle of the bohemian Zemun, lots to do, lots to see, fab view through the massive glass windows. Parking is handy but always enough space to park around. Would recommend 100%. Thanks for your hospitality and kindness
