I adapted independently in the lower part of a house that we also rented through Airbnb, each one has their own independent space. A few steps away we have a beautiful viewpoint facing the sea (there is no access to the sea) and a famous restaurant, breweries and cafes, all within walking distance. Tiny home all inclusive, bedroom over the bathroom, living room has a sofa bed too , small dinning table, kitchenette with everything you need for cooking and complementary coffee. Hot water, safe fenced area, parking space too, it’s part of a small complex, it’s very close to access from highway, has a convenience store close by and a breakfast restaurant too. Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

Greyroom studio

Small studio room with bathroom, independent, very comfortable, queen bed, for single person or couple, not suitable for babies or toddlers, there is glassware on hand. Very clean, thoroughly sanitized. Away from the street, close to downtown. Cable TV, internet, with a minibar, microwave and coffee maker, ideal for resting and/or working, hair dryer and iron. It is located outside the main house area with a separate entrance, entrance porch, completely private and very safe.
