Freshly renovated 20 m² studio, simple, elegant and functional. The accommodation is located on the second floor of an old building sharing a second accommodation. 5-minute walk to Surgères city center, the Château and its park and all amenities. Ideally located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, in 30 minutes you will be in La Rochelle, Niort, Rochefort and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic, or the Iles d'Oléron and Ré located just 1 hour away.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.

A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

In a private parc with parking, very sunny, very calm area, 15mn from station : we can get you at the airport or station. Possible to arrive beetween 07 to 23. Up to 4 people, no smoking, no pets. Linen (and baby bed) provided. Near restaurants, bars, casino, museum, promenades, beach, ... The household of end of stay is included.

We welcome you to La Rochelle in a comfortable and independent duplex located in a wing of our house. Completely renovated and well-equipped, you will enjoy your small terrace overlooking a very quiet street. Parking is easy and free. Two bicycles are available during your stay. Ideal for strolling around town, going to the market or taking a trip to the beach! Less suitable for long getaways...

This charming 40 m2 apartment is quiet and bright. In the old market district, you will fully enjoy the city center and the old port. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of an old building located in a courtyard. To allow you to make the most of the city and the region, the rental is scheduled for two nights or more off-season, then for 7 nights or more in July and August. See you soon!
