The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). No noisy parties in the villa.

This place is very good. It is a very spacious villa (1 master big bedroom on the top floor with an ensuite bathroom and veeery big terrace in front of it + 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a very spacious living room with a kitchen + 1 more bathroom). It also has a nice garden, a pool that is clean, and a pool area that is nice to chill around. It is nestled in a typical Thai neighborhood, but it is protected from views, and there is really no noise inside the house. A very nice beach is around 7-8 minutes by foot down the road, and other beaches are close by. The house was very well equipped with everything; from my experience, it was unusually well equipped for a Thai villa; it looked like somebody lived in the place and left most of the items inside when they decided to rent it. Communication was also good, and they also did 2 times gardeners/pool maintenance and cleaning per week. Prices in Thailand went crazy recently, but compared to other places, it was a good value.

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was spotlessly clean, super comfy, and in a fantastic location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We even had a private jacuzzi attached to our room on the balcony, just like in the pictures - it was the perfect way to unwind. The resort had amazing pools too! The amenities were top-notch, and the neighborhood was safe and convenient. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. The photos are extremely accurate and the villa looks exactly like the pictures. The pool was gorgeous! Fluke was there to check us in even though we didn't get there till 8pm, and throughout the stay he was on top of everything and super responsive. The housekeeper kept the place immaculate. High recommended!
