Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Susquehanna River

Lovely place with lake views. 100% happy with this choice vs other offerings in the area. House is set on a hill so you are viewing the lake from a higher spot than if you were literally on the lake. Very majestic. There are binoculars on the window sill to check out boats/things going on. I enjoyed the decor/sense of style the host has. Lots of interesting books, art, turntable, board games, cards, etc. The gardens, koi pond are well maintained. Rooms and bath upstairs do have lower ceiling but this info is disclosed in the ad. It didn’t detract from the experience. Went hiking but we were not avid hikers so learning to read the trail markers was new for us. The town is very small but we found nice spots to eat/visit nearby. We did use kitchen and coffee maker. Appliances are very new. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Cool hairdryer. Host def. appreciates design. Thank you for letting us stay a few extra hours past check out. Wonderful time! Felt like I really got away from the stress.

My stay was very comfortable. Everything was clearly labeled and defined (Mark makes great use of his label maker - lol) The stay included complementary breakfast fixings with a neat grill for building breakfast sandwiches. Great follow-through and text communication for any questions. My only complaint is my stay was too short.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

It is a five (5) star hotel with fully equipped home away home Airbnb! We’ve been to different Airbnb’s around the world, experience at this beautiful Bridge Covered Cottage is one of our bests! We’ve enjoyed every minute of the staying/visiting in Lancaster PA. We appreciate your thoughtful hospitality. SPECTACULAR! Tom & Carol are the nicest people you’ll ever meet and genuinely enjoy sharing their Piece of Heaven with guests. Anything you need, 24/7, just ask. Tom’s art & sculpture, inside & out, will blow you away! If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

Danielle was a wonderful host, very fast with responses and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. The house is very spacious, and beautiful and was very accommodating to our group. The house comes with a paddle boat and kayak and we had lots of fun taking them out to the pond in the backyard. We really loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here again!

We stayed here for a micro-honeymoon the night after our wedding. We mostly just wanted some time with each other and to relax and recover. David's place was perfect. The fancy bathroom was exactly what we needed, and the kitchen was well equipped for me to cook dinner for my wife. It felt like some actual love and thought was put into making the space nice.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with how you took the old house and, keeping the integrity of the place, updated and turned it into a wonderful place to stay. If any of the four of us need to go that way again, we would look forward to returning to your home. One little thing we learned, four people taking showers using both bathrooms and one right after the other, we ran out of hot water. We realized we should have waited a bit for the last two to take their showers but after hiking, we just wanted to get clean! Maybe a little note to that effect would be helpful. Not a big deal, but the girls just rinsed and jumped out of our respective showers very quickly! All in all, a great place to hang out and lay our heads for the night. The place was just as described. Very clean and efficient. Loved the outdoor space, so comfortable. Eduardo was easy to communicate with.

I enjoyed my stay here. Lisa was very nice and very responsive if you ever needed anything. Everything looked the same as in the pictures, very cozy place to stay.

This was my second stay here- just as peaceful, clean and comfortable as the first! Spacious “in-law” quarters with all the necessities and a nice touch of extras like a stocked coffee station with Keurig brewer, countertop convection/air fryer oven, and electric fireplace. The apartment’s cleanliness and neatness is a standout. Great communicaton from the host as well.

Modern, beautifully decorated unit with great privacy. Views are amazing, so wide, expansive and peaceful. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony! You can see people passing on the side street in their horse and buggies. The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. Matt is a phenomenal host, his response time is super quick, he is very helpful and accommodating.

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Unit offers everything you need. Upgraded very cool bathroom. Large bed. Easy walking to downtown area. Nice balcony to sit outside. Included a parking spot. We liked the unit and would stay again.

This place is awesome and we can’t wait to return. Everything was very clean, and it was private and so relaxing. The owners were very responsive and provided everything and even surprised us with fresh eggs. The chickens were such fun to watch from the patio, and Izzy their dog was so friendly. The owners are wonderful people and they were very attentive. We can’t wait to return.

A very comfortable home with ample outside space. We were there for our sisters memorial so I don't have fun stories about things we did but my brothers and I were able to be together and there was so much room to host her family and our cousins for meals. To have 4 bedrooms for 6 adults at the rate we paid was very helpful to our budget. Thank you for that

Our stay was amazing at the villa vino the view is great! You are located in a peaceful area but also close enough to be able to drive right down the road to town, wineries, or the lake. The driveway was large enough for cars. The hot tub and pool were very well kept. Nice lounge chairs and furniture inside. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We would stay here again for sure. Everything you need and close to the lake! Best of both worlds!

This was an absolute dream of a property. They have thought of absolutely everything to make you not have to leave to enjoy your time. There were endless amounts of things for our kids and family to do in the home and on the property’s lake front. This truly felt like a peaceful relaxing vacation which is just what we needed. We would have driven double the distance (already almost 3 hours away from us) because we loved being there so much. We cannot wait to come back now that we’ve found a little peace of heaven here. My girlfriends and I absolutely loved our girls trip at Natalia’s in Princeton!! She has a beautiful, spacious home, well-furnished and had plenty of bathroom space for the 5 of us. I was so pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful the area was. The backyard is large and scenic with trees and shrubbery that make the space feel quite private. The large windows in the foyer and back sliding doors also let in such beautiful natural light. Natalia was an awesome host, checking in proactively and always anticipating our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing time at Laura’s property. Very clean house and beautiful outdoor space. Great communication and very responsive host. We would love to visit again!

This place is incredible. There are so many places for small group conversations and hangout time. It felt like being in two houses. Bedrooms are lovely and varied, kitchen is well stocked. Lighting is soft and plentiful, with lots of natural light during the day. We loved spending time around the fireplace and out on the deck. Thank you for creating such a wonderful property!!

This is our second time staying here and we would love to come back again!! The pool table is in great condition, the hot tub was great and the outdoor space was so relaxing. The hosts are super friendly and we loved everything about the property. Highly recommended
