My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Our stay was great! The house was perfect size and had everything we need for a great beach trip. Just a short drive (or tram ride) to the beach and some great places within walking distance. We felt right at home. Gannon was extremely responsive, friendly, and a great host.

We didn’t get to spend much time at the house other than to sleep as we were busy out doing things. While there though, there was plenty of things for the kids to do with a large selection of games and such for them. It was quiet in the area and saw deer and turkeys every day. There were plenty of shopping and eating options nearby as well. Great stay.

This was our second time staying at JoJo’s cottage and it was another amazing experience! The house really makes you feel like you’re right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. But you’re also so close to so many restaurants for when you’re feeling something easier! It really is a perfect spot, especially if you have dogs and/or kiddos. We would totally book again next summer 😊

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

Our vacation house was absolutely beautiful and exuded a romantic charm that made our stay truly special. The pool was fantastic, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We appreciated the exceptional privacy, which allowed us to enjoy our time without any interruptions. The house itself was impeccably maintained and spotless, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Great location. Immaculately clean. Great amenities—everything was updated and met all our needs (plus some). Decor was charming—loved the beach vibes! Great communications with the host. Already recommended it to some friends.

We truly enjoyed our stay again, this was our second time here with our pups and now baby and grandparents. We came back because we loved the house and truly feel at home. Liz provides all the basic things we need and some for us and our pups. There is plenty of space for everyone, the fenced backyard is such a plus. The location is great for us because it's far from the busy streets of Rehoboth and Lewes but close enough to get there and enjoy all both beach cities destinations have to offer. Liz is so easy to reach and communicate with, very thoughtful, flexible and understanding. We hope to be back soon.

Great, quiet location if that’s what you are looking for, which we were! Extremely close to the beach too! Beach was quiet and relaxing. It’s about a 20 minute drive to most restaurants, but it’s a beautiful drive through Prime Hook Sanctuary:))

We spent the month of June at the house and it was great. The house is exactly as pictured. The hosts were responsive to our questions very quickly. We loved the large screened porch overlooking a forested area and ate almost all our meals there. The community was very friendly with great walking paths (especially the one along the water off Marina Drive) and a very big & nice pool. Our grandchildren visited and loved the pool and playground. While it can take 20 minutes or more to get to the beach in Lewes or Rehoboth (and there is building and construction that can slow the trip), we discovered another beach in nearby Angola Reserve on Rehoboth Bay for our grandchildren to play on the sand though we did not swim there. We only saw one or two others on the beach so it was like our private place. There are many great restaurants in Lewes (Kindle is our favorite) but we also enjoyed the nearby JD Shuckers. We can't say enough good things about this house and place. We hope to return

We had a very nice stay. Everything was very clean and nicely appointed. Our two doodles loved it too. Will is a very gracious host and we highly recommend him and his properties anytime you want to come to the Bethany beach area. We will be coming back very soon. Thank you.

The house was exactly as seen on website would definitely stay again..definitely longer just to have a bbq and fire 🔥 easy to get to town..very quiet felt like home .i live in the woods in the hudson valley already showed my friends and family house 🏠 thank you so much 💓

We had a great stay at this Airbnb just a short walk from the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, restaurants, and of course, just a short walk to the water. The host was quick to respond and kept us updated throughout the stay, which made everything easy. Overall, it was a nice place and a very enjoyable experience—we’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Betsy’s air bnb was homey and even better than what we anticipated. She was a great host and helped us with everything we needed. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed and Betsy made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

This place was a great stay for a small family that likes to walk everywhere on vacation! It was a short stroll to the beach for the kids. The place was just big enough for us for a long weekend. The kitchen and living area are very cute. It's also open enough that everyone can still be together while relaxing. The outside area is very private and has plenty of room for outdoor dining or activities should you want that. In some reviews, the traffic from 1 was noted. The noise or traffic wasn't even a thought for us! We definitely recommend future stays for others and will be back!

The cottage was exactly as described and exactly what my group was looking for! While the space is small (as advertised), it was charming, clean, and a very doable walk from Rehoboth beach/boardwalk. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and Cleopatra was consistently quick to respond. Amazing experience, would recommend!

Great 2 bedroom single family home. Plenty of room and supplies. Easy access to Rehoboth and other beach towns. Host was very responsive and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Kim’s place! The house was spacious, spotless, and located in an excellent area—close to everything we needed. Kim was a wonderful host: very communicative and incredibly accommodating. She even brought us extra beach towels, which was much appreciated. We’d absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
