Large and unserved property with good sun conditions and parking for up to several cars. Property content: 1st floor: living room/kitchen, bathroom/sauna, 3 bedrooms, laundry room, hallway/entrance. 2nd floor: living room w/sofa bed, WC, bedroom.

The apartment is at the end of the building, to the left from the sea side. Exit from the living room to the jetty which is shielded with hedges. Here you can sit and relax in the evening sun or fish from the jetty. Own barbecue. Boat with motor can be rented. Life jackets for adults are included, petrol is not. Own storage room where fishing gear etc. can be stored. Boat slipway under roof.

Merkede turstier i området fører dere til fine topper. En av Norges flotteste golfbaner ligger i nærheten. Gode fiskemuligheter i sjøen nede ved brygga 200 m fra feriehuset Dagstur hytten Nipaståvo ligger 2km fra hytten.

Welcome to my peaceful and relaxing flat by the sea. It is located in my 1905 wooden villa on the coast 40 minutes north of Haugesund. A perfect place to stop off when travelling the west coast of Norway. It has one bedroom with a double bed that can be split into 2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room extends into a well equipped kitchen and on to the infra red sauna and bathroom. Nearby are swimming spots, tennis & paddle courts, hiking trails and more.

From Mølstrevåg (2.5 km) the hiking trail to Ryvarden Kulturfyr starts. If you cycle the North Sea Road between Stavanger and Bergen, you will pass our house.

We look forward to welcoming you to our 120 sqm large waterfront house on the edge of the jetty at Kalavågsjøen. In the nearby area there are many great hiking areas and there is a short way to a nice little sandy beach. The neighboring island of Espevær, which is 10-15 minutes by boat, is worth a visit.

Short distance to nice hiking areas and to the beach. Moster Amfi and Siggjo are popular to visit. The store (Kiwi) is about 1.5 km from the house.
