Ungefär 1 kilometer till Blästervallen med all tänkbar service som behövs för den perfekta vintersemestern. 5 minuter med bil från Vemdalen By som har all nödvändig service året runt . Laddbox från Zaptec på 11 kW, pris per KwH enligt överenskommelse. Typ 2 kabel finns.

Stuga vackert belägen på före detta bondgård. Naturskönt och lugnt läge ca 4 mil sydväst om Östersund. Här är nära till fjällvärlden, skogsområden och Storsjön. Gården ligger 600 meter från byns centrum med Ica-butik, konditori, bensinmack, elbil-laddare, hälsocentral med mera. Vid skolan finns en välutrustad lekplats som får användas sommartid. Kök, toalett, dusch, soffa och en säng på nedre våningen. Övriga sovrum på övervåningen. Egen uteplats.

Fresh guesthouse on the farm with proximity to nature and lake. 10 km to Östersund, 3.3 km to Birka Folkhögskola, 3.5 km to Eldrimner, 4 km to Torsta gymnasium, 90 km to Åre. Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk. Patio with awning, barbecue and sun loungers. Car is helpful to have as it is 3 km to the nearest bus. Parking is right outside the house, socket for engine heater. Electric car chargers are available for an additional charge. Cleaning for an extra charge.

In lovely Hoverberg you can fully enjoy. In the summer you can enjoy a good lunch/dinner in our boat harbor 200m away and also make a visit to Hoverbergstoppen and look at the fantastic view! In winter you have snowmobile tracks right by the corner and 1h to Vemdalen,Klövsjö,Storhogna&Björnrike. Also about 1h to Åre. 5 minutes by car to the center where there are ICA,Systembolaget,Apotek, Restaurant,Health center etc. On the grounds, there is also a playground for children.

Cozy, timber herb. Downstairs there is a kitchen with fridge and freezer, dining area and toilet and shower. Upstairs two beds that are 120 centimeters wide each as well as mattress to put on the floor if needed. The cottage is free of charge and smoking is not allowed. Washing machine is available in nearby building.
