It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a previously operated restaurant on the site. The house is only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
