Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Sveti Stefan Beach

The bar is very noisy and crowded , especially in August. I was warned, but I didn't think so. The apartment is spacious on the ground floor , it didn't bother us, but it's not hot . No sea view.

For us was the perfect place in the right moment. I love this place! One suggestion it to have a car ( rented or personal car).

Perfect location. Short walk to the old town and beaches. Private and clean space. The house contained all the essentials and when I needed anything Milos was super responsive and helpful.

Aleksandra is a great host, friendly and nice. She organizes our transportation easilty and right on time when we needed. Her mom was super nice, she welcomed us, recommended bunch of beautiful places, beaches and restaurantes that we were very glad to go to. We greatly enjoyed their homemade, delcious lemonade and felt very welcomed. The cleaning service was always good and the lady was very nice. We enjoyed our trip very much and would definitely recommend Aleksandra's place.

The space was incredibly clean, and precisely corresponded to its description and the photos. This apartment is spacious and can comfortably fit 4 people. The unit was recently remodeled, so it had stylish setup, with clean new furniture and modern appliances, such as dishwasher, laundry machine, and all the cooking amenities. The living room has a nice view of the sea and the city. The owner, Samir was very welcoming, and willing to give his car for a short term rental for a modest price. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. Our stay wasn't in the peak season, but I would definitely recommend this unit for the summer vacation.

absolutely perfect!!!! appreciate Luka very much for everything. we were absolutely enjoyed, unfortunately stayed only one night. we are a couple, occasionally our friend joined us and Luka arranged for her the add sofa in the salon. very comfortable, stalish appartment, lovely garden, friendly cat:). strongly recommended, i'm sure you'll enjoy as we did.

The location is very beautiful just as in the pictures. The host Dragan is a very nice guy, welcoming and helpful. If you travel to Kotor i surely recommend this AirBnb.

My stay was close to perfect. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious and exactly as described. I would recommend downloading the check-in instructions in case you have internet connection difficulties when arriving in Montenegro. As long as you make the turn at the bakery (super easy to find) and follow the road around a couple of corners, it's fine. Because there are similar looking buildings, it's important to know you need to follow the road all the way round and pass some similar apartments first. The location is excellent for accessing all that Budva has to offer. It's close to the centre, the beach and the Old Town. The owners are very professional, communicate well and can offer advice as they are very experienced in the tourism industry. All in all, an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything perfect. We got breakfast and took a boat tour. Vine was also delicious.

This place was amazing. Very quiet and fantastic to stay away from the crowded places like Kotor or Budva . The apartment was super clean and had all kitchen equipment-including coffee machine ☕️ and delicious coffee. Swim pool was very nice organised and so peaceful place to relax after exploring the country best spots 🌄🏰🗻🌳. I would definitely recommend going there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you .

We rented Ranju's house for a family vacation. The house is in a perfect location, you can walk everywhere. It is also a very good option to have a grocery store under the apartment for needs. I think Ranju's house is more beautiful than it appears in the photos. The house has everything you need and it's clean We were greeted by Ranju's friend Çiğdem and her husband. We loved both of them. They took care of us and treated us very warmly. I would like to thank them again from here. I think I would prefer it again if I came again Also, Ranju's father dropped us off at the airport with his car. We easily caught our plane. We left Montenegro very happy, we had no problems I would definitely recommend Ranju's house to everyone

Nice appartement, easy to communicate with Anastasia.

Amazing couple. They picked me up from the airport, took me shopping, helped me pick out the best food. Then they took me to a nearby village, recommended me a restaurant and let me explore for 3 hours before coming to get me and take me to the apartment. Upon arrival I was given coffee, snacks, and a bike to explore. I’ve had such an amazing time from riding the bike with their dog to eating the local cuisine and meeting neighbours. 100% recommended. I’m probably forgetting a lot but I had a blast and will be back soon with friends and dogs.

I had a really good stay here. Milan was extremely helpful and very communicative. The only down side was that I came out of season so nothing was open and it was very dark to walk around Sveti and night. There isn’t too much street lighting but this of course is not the fault of the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, really got a water and powerful shower and lovely because you could hear the sea from the room. It could just maybe do with a bit of modernisation. Overall I was very satisfied for the price I paid.

As a solo woman travel, Mr Dragan, his family and the amazing place he has made my one month in Sutomore as an unforgettable experience. The apartment is much better in every aspect you can see in the pictures. Feels so cozy, extremely clean and quiet all the time. The family was so nice and attentive with an honest kindness rare to see these days. In my case was perfect place I wanted quiet & relax, The wifi was super all the time. I walked to the city and it was a bit challenging but and excellent exercise. If you have a car. everything is close you can visit any place and return to your cozy apartment to rest and enjoy fantastic sunsets. The bus is just few blocks from the place so easy to travel by bus too. To Mr Dragan and his family Thanks so much for soooo much kindness and to offer such a great place for us to enjoy Montenegro &Sutomore. High-quality & Highly recommended. The apartment is small but tidy and cozy. Rather for motorists, because it is located on a hill and leads to it quite a long, winding road. Daily climbing could be challenging. :) View from balcony and nearby fairytale bench! There is a public parking lot under the building, where we always found a place. For the first time, following the address indicated by the owner, it is better to suggest a photo, because maps can be confused. All of the listed amenities were provided, but we weren't informed about the important aspect of the pool failure. We didn't see it until after we arrived, and nothing was fixed for two weeks. Of course, this didn't ruin our stay, but the disgust caused by the silence remained. Even so, the contact with Vasily was good because he was quick to answer all of our questions. We recommend this place and would love to come back. :)
