The village is located on the threshold of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The garden overlooks the Eagle Mountains and part of the Giant Mountains. The cottage is bunk. On the ground floor there is a hall, a room, a kitchen with a tiled stove, sleep and a bathroom. Upstairs 1 bedroom (4 beds), 2 walk-through bedrooms (6 beds), a game room with pool table, darts and soccer, and a second bathroom. There are two TVs, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. Atrium with fireplace seating and ping pong table. A large garden with a gazebo, a fire pit, a children's corner with a trampoline. Bathing 4km.

In the cottage there are 2 separate bedrooms on the first floor (4+4 beds), in the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed (2 beds). Possibility of renting 2 cots. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there is a children's corner with toys. The cottage is spacious and there is a possibility to spend time with children inside. There is a seating area and a sandpit in the front garden. The house has a large garden with a fire pit and a slide. Electricity and gas (heating) are paid on site based on real consumption. We rent April-October.

Fully equipped for children (crib, bath, potted bread, children's play area with toys).

The cottage is a great starting point for hiking and biking. There are marked trails that lead up to a few signposted trails. In the winter, guests can use marked cross-country skiing or nearby ski slopes.
