Cozy guesthouse with octopus design

Our residential house and the small guesthouse are located directly by the park and only a 7-minute walk from the historic city center of Memmingens. Around the corner you will find a supermarket, and in the center many great cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The train station is also easy to reach on foot and the airport with a short bus ride. In the property you can make some some some some tea and coffee, but you can't cook. Lieferando has good deals here. A pellet stove provides comfortable warmth.

Die untere Etage besteht aus Küche ,die obere Etage über eine Hühnerleiter (max 100KG) zu erreichen. Hier finden Sie eine Oase und auch einen Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Radtouren in die schöne Umgebung. Ein Bio-Bauernhof mit ca.30-40 Kühen ist am Ende der Strasse.

Dear guests Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about a 5-minute walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking lot, a terrace with garden and beautiful mountain views. It may be low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost until 15 September and Christmas until 07. January ) for at least 6 nights. We have redeveloped a holiday apartment in Rettenbach am Auerberg. An apartment with separate entrance and a double bed (bunk bed) in the gallery; a "hideaway“ for two people a good hour's drive from Munich. During the day, the guests have a view of the Bavarian white-blue sky and at night you can observe the stars from the bed – they also seem a little brighter here in Ostallgäu than in Munich due to the lower scattered light.
