We have been renovated from the ground up with lots of comfort and decorated to feel good. The biggest plus point is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Extensive walks in the forest (Western Forests Nature Park)are already possible from the house. welcome!

We rent our home when we are on vacation. You would have to feed our dear cat Rosi twice a day, otherwise it is quite easy to maintain. Since we have school-age children, the house is only available during the Bavarian school holidays and from time to time on weekends. Close to the City Center (Just a 15 minutes walk). 5 minute walk to the Augsburger Puppenkiste and 25-minute walk to the Augsburger Zoo. The House has 3 bedrooms. Our lovely cat needs to be fed.

Surrounded by hops, apples and the idyllic Argen, our house is the perfect starting point for exploring the Lake Constance hinterland. Lake Constance is only 5 km away, the Allgäu 20 km and the Bregenzerwald invites you to hike (30 km). Enjoy the surroundings on two wheels!

Pets are welcome against extra costs! The landlords live in the annex and give information about excursions.

The left room faces the south side. The middle room has a balcony to the west side with evening sun.
