This house was originally a duplex however it was recently converted into a single family home. The set up is great for multiple families looking to share common spaces however have their privacy at night. Swan River is very popular for Kayakers and SUP's. There is a rental shop at the top of the street where you can get everything you need for a day or even weekly. There are a couple of islands you can sail out to and enjoy a nice picnic, or if you go the other way it will lead you out to South Village Beach . The main lower level porch is extremely large and includes an extended Restoration Hardware outdoor dining table with seating for 10. A gas grill is available. This area also includes seating for 6 with a propane controlled fire pit. A hot tub overlooks the water with seating for 6 and a lounger seat for a full body massage. Also includes a pathway out to a private landing to launch your kayaks and SUP's. The Kitchen: All newer appliances and dishes. Keurig coffee maker. Features a large eat-in island with seating for 4. Large windows allowing for an expansive view of Swan River. Living Room 1: Open to the kitchen area with a large sectional with seating for 6. 55 inch smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Living room 2: Another sectional and additional seating for 6. A 65 inch smart TV hung over the an electric fireplace. Viewing selections also include Youtube TV and Netflix. This large living room also includes a brand new pool table and foosball table. Master Bedroom: Walk out porch with views of Swan River from your room. California King bed. Smart TV with Youtube TV and Netflix available. Master Bath: Full private master bath. Bedroom 2: Walk porch with views of Swan River from your porch. Trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Bedroom 3: Large windows with great views. (2) Queen beds. Bedroom 4: (3) Queen Beds (1) Twin Bed in this extremely large bedroom. Walk out balcony with beautiful views. Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

We had a perfect week at Bo’s place. The weather was beautiful and the walk to the beach was nice. We loved how close to lots of activities we wanted to do the cottage was. 3-min walk to BEACH! Private luxury Backyard!

This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

Sofias place was great! It is exactly like the pictures. The outdoor space was a nice bonus! Everything was extremely clean. Sofia also checked in every couple days and was very sweet. The place is a studio, so it’s small but does have a nice living room/bedroom area so they feel separate. There were 2 downsides, but not a big deal. 1. We did have to pay $75 for bedding and towels. That’s a 50/50 thing on cape cod, but we’ve stayed in ALOT of airbnbs and that’s the first time that’s happened. 2. You can hear the neighbors. It’s a duplex so with a duplex, it will have extra noise. You can hear literally the other persons conversation. The other duplex’s layout is the living room is up against your bedroom. So that’s a downside for sure, but the other tenants were very respectful and didn’t go to bed late at all. They were so quiet and we even chatted with them. If you are light sleeper, take this into consideration. I put a fan noise on my phone and it was fine! Great location!
