The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper, who uses alcohol-based cleaning agents. Generous, reduced rates are available for week-long stays.

We loved this place! So lovely, chic and cozy. It was so great to be in such a private area to enjoy the coffee and breakfast with the sunrises, sunsets and drinking wine around the fire pit. It’s central to all things wineries and amenities, we actually brought our food in to make the most out of our time at the property vs going to restaurants. My partner wasn’t sure about staying at a tiny house-like set up but he was an immediate convert from the minute we showed up. Such a romantic weekend location!!!

Our stay at the farm was fantastic, it met the requirements we needed for us and our extended family. Fantastic directions to find the house. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great amenities and activities for all ages who stayed at the house. Close enough to the town to go in for meals at local pub and cafes. The horses were very friendly and enjoyed the carrots we brought.

Carmen was nothing but friendly and upfront from the very beginning. We felt very informed and safe. Carmen’s property was exactly like the photos (although the scenery was MUCH better in real life) Lovely and clean place, including the sheets and towels. The extra bathroom (outside of the ensuite) is perfect for a place housing so many guests. We also received a beautiful welcome gift, which was very thoughtful and delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yannicks place. It had everything we needed and very comfy. Also nicely decorated and homely. We were there for a wedding in Polkobin and the location was a smooth and fairly short trip to the wedding. Although Millfield is a very quiet town it’s only a short trip into Cessnock that has everything you need like restaurants and supermarkets etc. We would be happy to stay at Yannicks again next time we’re in the area :-)

What a beautiful location. A warm, cozy, well equiped cabin, surrounded by idylic scenery. The perfect place to explore the adjacent sections of the great north walk. Wonderful views where too much walking is barely enough!! Lovely hot shower in the evening and definitely the best nights sleep I have had in a long time!!
