The location is wonderful! Quick walk to the beach, amusement park, restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the porch and enjoying the views. The bed was a tad firm for me- I almost packed my mattress topper but decided not to and I wish I had! Of course, this is personal preference, but worth noting for anyone who chooses to book this great Airbnb.

The sound of the water, the fossils and waterfall, birds and the smell of the Forrest were top notch! Watching the trees in the wind through the windows from the hammock is very distracting if you are trying to read. Fair warning!

Wow! Just Wow! The home and location exceeded my expectations! The house is beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The layout was ideal for my large family, providing enough space and privacy for everyone. The outdoor area is stunning, featuring a large fenced backyard and a private dock where I could sit and enjoy watching the fish jump out of the water and boats pass by. My kids had a fantastic time fishing off the dock, and I was amazed at how many they actually caught! There were countless activities to enjoy at the home, from kayaking and riding bikes to playing cornhole and Yahtzee—it was impossible to be bored! We even brought jet skis with us and could conveniently dock them right at the private dock. The location was perfect, as the beach and other attractions in Sylvan Beach are just half a mile away. It truly offered the best of both worlds. We’re already planning to make this our annual getaway spot and can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Sylvan Beach was absolutely perfect, thanks to an incredible host who truly thought of every detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of – the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need (and things we didn’t even know we’d need!). Beach towels, air fryer, pool table, workout equipment, and board games for rainy afternoons – nothing was overlooked. It’s clear the host genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort and went above and beyond to make the stay special. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again – highly recommended!
