Wonderful home with all accommodations you could ever need. Great location with all local needs/conveniences near by. It was the perfect central hub for our daughter’s wedding (which was right next door)! Would recommend this house and hosts to anyone looking to stay in the Vernon area!

I can't say enough great things about our stay! The hosts were awesome to deal with...always accommodating and available, the location was perfect...right on the water/ice, the residence exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed. The location is perfect with a short walk to exceptional fishing. No need to scramble trying to find parking...its all right there for you. We enjoyed a weekend of ice fishing with family and friends and definitely plan on coming back this year. On a scale of 1 to 10...this is an 11! Highly recommend!

5/5 Stars – A Perfect Family Getaway in Skaneateles, NY! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, upgraded home in Skaneateles! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained everything was. The house had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Our kids especially had a blast with the trampoline and playhouse in the yard—they couldn’t get enough! In the evenings, we enjoyed the serene campfire in the backyard, making s’mores and relaxing under the stars. The front pond added such a peaceful, picturesque touch to the property. We also appreciated how safe and family-friendly the house and neighborhood felt. It was the perfect setting for a memorable family trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Rented this for son, fiancée and wedding party. Merrie was incredible! She even gave them a wedding gift ❤️. House is outstanding... Impeccable design. We felt very welcome and she met us on arrival as we had hoped to meet her. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful, comfortable place for everyone to stay 🤗.

This was a great place to stop overnight during a long trip. It was very clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. The huge off-leash park, with water access, at Jamesville beach just 2 miles away was amazing for our dog. I'm also mentioning here that there's a vintage hifi audio store a few doors down (Hionfi) for anyone who may be interested to check the opening hours so you don't miss out! Thank you Jenna. We'll definitely stop here again if we are passing through the region.

Joseph and Darya were excellent. They communicated all essential information, home had a list of stores, restaurants etc. Darya replied promptly to any inquiries I had. The house is amazing with the most peaceful views. We all annoyed our time there and definitely recommend. Thank you Joseph & Darya!

The Eagle View is an amazing stay. A great home away from home. With the amenities alone I did not want to leave. The jacuzzi and cow were my favs and the mattresses are a dream! Heather is so responsive and accommodating which made the stay so much more enjoyable during a difficult time.

Great place for a weekend get away.

Great stay - and perfect for a visit to Beak & Skiff. The property was beautiful with an enormous pool / backyard area! Michael was very accessible and responsive, thank you for the hospitality!

We were very happy with the accommodations. There is plenty of room for a family gathering. We had a pre-funeral gathering of 10 people from all over the country and were very comfortable. The hot tub was great. It was too early for the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. This would be an excellent retreat for a family of six for an extended stay in the summer or winter. A great location for a private getaway. Close to Syracuse (20 minutes) for entertainment trips.

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

This is a lovely home in an amazing neighborhood. We found the Wegmans grocery that was a 4 minute drive to be exceptionally nice and were able to get everything we needed. The grill was great and the outdoor space is beautiful. We especially enjoyed watching a rather chunky ground hog eat his way up and down the hill. The kitchen and dinning room provide plentiful, comfortable seating for the entire family and having several areas indoors to sit and visit was a definite plus on the rainy days. It is a great place to have a large group (9) be able to enjoy spending time together. The location is quiet but close enough to easily get to Green Lakes Park, Syracuse University, the mall and the zoo. I'm sure there were a lot of other places near by but we ran out of time to do more.

Ken is very kind, friendly, helpful and funny. His house and yard are gorgeous and the view of Lake Ontario is unbeatable! The hot tub, deck with fire table, pool and the seating with a fire pit out in the yard are perfectly set up. We wouldn’t couldn’t ask for more! The town of Pulaski is not far and easy to get to if you ever need but the sunsets are so beautiful you may not want to leave the house! Selkirk Shores State Park is only a couple minute drive and can be seen from the yard. We really love staying here each year when we come upstate to go salmon fishing. It’s the perfect fancy retreat after a day in the woods. We’ve started bringing our daughter and parents this year and even those who don’t fish were just happy to hang out at the house and enjoy the amenities. The view alone is worth the price how nice the house is and how kind Ken is, are an amazing bonus! I can’t say enough good things! We will return!

its a great quiet spqce. Bars are very close, fishing, boating, great restaurants near by. pool was absolutely amazing and warm. Will definitely book again cant wait for another trip! Only thing is thier is no Pool table as seen in pic's.

Cheryl’s place was charming and very spacious! The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was very convenient to Syracuse and the surrounding area. We didn’t use the dining room but it would have been a great space for a large group. Cheryl was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely be back.

The Orchard was the perfect retreat for our family including 2 babies and a dog. Wonderfully scenic. We were in NY for a Syracuse University event which was 22 min by car and not far from the highway - one night we were able to find an uber without much difficulty. The kitchen was stocked with Kurig Pods (at least 20?) w/ sugar and complementary Beak and Skiff Cider. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo and cream rinse. Eddie was very communicative and checked in to make sure all was well. Grocery stores are not local (bring what you think you might need - there was a restaurant close by at golf course with fried bar menu - 1911 tasting room is local , but check the hours / days ( they closed at 7 pm ) Dining out will be a bit of a drive - minimum 15 minutes . All in all , it was a wonderful stay. Thank you !!

excellent place. I mean absolutely stunning. we will be booking every year for the convention. hosts are incredibly nice and very accommodating. we got there early from out 5+ hour drive and they let us in and made us feel relaxed. the alleyway was kinda sketch but we felt secure inside. the building has multiple levels of security with multiple codes and video cameras. place is extremely comforting and spacious. dont want to leave. thank you so much and see you next year

Peaceful and beautiful. Upon arrival we noticed right away how secluded this was and set back off the road. The porch is a great place to relax and forget about the daily grind. Fire pit is a great place for smores. Inside this beautiful Adirondack cabin is very tastefully done in country stylings. The loft is a great comfortable place to catch some zzzz s. we had a great time and will be back.

My dogs and I stayed in this cabin during my summer break. It was very peaceful, I felt safe, and the dogs had so much fun exploring! If you enjoy nature, privacy, and being off the grid I would absolutely recommend staying here! We went to many state parks during our stay as the cabin is 2-3 hours from really gorgeous waterfalls, gorges, and lakes. Whenever we needed something I drove to Syracuse (about 30 minutes) but all the necessities can be found closer. We had a great vacation here!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The tiny house was clean, smelled great and the hosts thought of many details that made the trip exceptional. The battery pack, solar powered lighting, Mr. Heater and other included items allowed us to stay comfortably and simply enjoy the property without having to pack many items. The hosts provided detailed instructions, pictures and other useful information. This location offered us a much-needed getaway from noise, distractions and technology. Highly recommend!

I planned a bachelorette weekend for my friend and fellow bridesmaids. The cabin and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. We went to a local winery and enjoyed the coziness of the cabin. Would highly recommend!
