The apartment is equipped with a premium category air-conditioning system. Bedrooms with separate entrances 3 pieces, the living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is wifi. Parking is not charged. The parking lot is in front of the house, with a camera.

Our apartment is located in the heart of Békéscsaba, in the Europa House, so we rightly call it the “most downtown” apartment”. The house is located within walking distance of the popular and busy “walking” street, which can be reached via the Europa promenade. Thus, there are several restaurants, bakeries, cafés, confectioneries, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, drugstores and pharmacies within 50 meters of our apartment. City events and event centers are a few minutes' walk away.

Szeged, 2-room, fully renovated private house for rent near the Tisza and downtown. The accommodation is within walking distance of the new handball stadium (PICK ARENA) and the Tiszavirág swimming pool. The rooms have separate entrances, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The house has a small courtyard. Free parking in front of the house. Children are welcome, there is a crib, but no high chair. I do not accept guests traveling alone for more than 3 nights.
