The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Ein gemütlicher autarker Bauwagen mit Solar, Kamin und Trockentrenntoilette auf eigener Wiese mit 6 Schafe und Blick in die Weite Mecklenburgs. Die Schafe müssen nicht in Eurem Bereich sein, auf Wunsch können sie auch auf die hintere Wiese verlegt werden. Auf der Wiese ist eine eigene Feuerstelle, Sitzplatz und Aussendusche. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

The house is located in a peaceful village. Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. No EV charging facility. Plant based meals are served (each €12) - English breakfast and the evening meal.
