Anja was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us warmly. The apartment was very lovingly decorated and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the island of Usedom. Shops, restaurants and train station within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

Jörg welcomed us in a very friendly way. The place is cozy, clean and well appointed. An absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking the sea.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... Great location, close to everything. Great view of Wały Chrobrego, close location for walks along the Oder. Clean and cozy. Aesthetic furniture and equipment of the apartment. Great communication with the host, the ability to agree on the check-in.

The images in the description are absolutely true. Classy and modern furnishings. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Joanna was very friendly and welcomed us on arrival and explained everything. At night it is quite quiet despite the street in front of the door. The apartment is very bright and beautiful for 2-4 people. Joanna was there at check-out and took the keys. A nice vacation and we look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our time at the Seminarhof and were able to switch off. Especially sitting by the water and letting your mind wander - simply relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

Susann's accommodation is really great. We immediately felt very comfortable and at home. Everything was very clean, really lovingly and very tastefully furnished. A very nice, homely clean house with a well-kept and playable garden for children. There were five of us in Ulrike's house for a week and enjoyed both the walks to the sea, the use of sauna and swimming pool, as well as the remaining time in their beautiful and very new house. The beds are very cozy.. Gladly again and again. m

If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. A great, modern holiday home in a beautiful setting. We used canoe and rowboat extensively to explore the large, idyllic lake. The garden and terrace offer a great view of the water. The house has everything you need, it is very clean and the kitchen is super equipped. We'll be back!

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

A very nice house and everything perfectly taken care of. Friendly welcome and we had all the freedom to be in the garden. It is wonderful to walk from the house into the forest or to the lake.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
