The food was delicious, and our amazing host and caretaker went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the peaceful atmosphere was the perfect retreat. Few notes to Guest dont depend on google please faloow the host Route maps to reach place roads are narrow at the last streach but manageable if you have a fear of living in a isolated place them think about it but if you are a nature lover then go for it.

The location of the airbnb was serene. Great views and well kept place. Apart from the niggles with the bugs during evening time. Stay was peaceful. The helper on site at the property was very helpful and proactive. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

it was peaceful and safe stay. especially Mr.jose prakash was quite a good host and friendly. He got some good skill in cooking. made us feel like having food from home. suggestion : a wardrobe or storage space should be accommodated in tree house.

I had an amazing stay at Nibana, thanks to our incredible hosts, Girish and Jawid. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything was perfect. They took care of everything—from delicious meals to planning out the best places to visit in the area. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. Whether it was helping with local tips or going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, they were always there with a smile. It’s a beautiful place in between the nature but not far away from roadside as well. Staff is very helpful and polite. They will be helping you out with everything. Owners who fortunately we were able to meet are very friendly and made us feel at home. Food was amazing, very homely and light. Loved our stay there. Specially since due to a small health issue when we asked to change our room from free house to normal cottage it was arranged very swiftly with a small charge. Very grateful for that!! Special mention to Inji and Ramcharan. Inji is their in-house pet and is very sweet and loveable dog! Ramcharan is their caretaker who helped us all along and even took us on a short property tour which included a small lake. It’s a beautiful property worth the visit!!

Prema’s hospitality is warm and genuine, and the home-cooked food is outstanding. Our dog was as happy as we were - free to explore and relax. The space is beautifully designed and thoughtfully maintained, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. If you're looking to breathe, rest, and just be, this is the place.

This place is a adobe in its own world!! Absolutely beautiful, serene, and calm. The property is itself surrounded with nature and has maintained its raw essense of the earth. Someone looking to escape the chaos should definitely spend a night here. The three of us sisters spent 4 days there with utmost comfort of home and felt very warm and welcomed by Sandeep and Santosh (the hosts) followed by all the workers (Yalamma (someone you can almost picture your mother and sister in), Praveen (an amazing chef who cooked authentic tasty food), Junaid (got us comfortable within the space). Looking at them felt like a family together. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens and blankets provided. We took the woodpecker and that comes with a bathroom that's detached and downstairs. Definitely hygiene maintained. So, folks should definitely check with the host before booking. The river is a must that you should visit along with certain beautifully set platforms overlooking the nature.
