Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

Very nice cottage. Quiet location. Deer look in through the window. Within walking distance of the metro (and shops). Close to a supermarket. Although we did our shopping at the station by metro immediately after arrival. Everything was present, including a hair dryer. Efficiently furnished. Bedroom is not so spacious (as can be seen in the photos) but for us that was no problem at all. The windows are easy to obscure. Lena (host) gave us tips and responded quickly to messages. A very nice place to discover Stockholm.

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! Lovely location and lovely place to stay! Almost perfectly splits the difference between the airport and Stockholm city and transport links were easy. The host was lovely and super responsive and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

My daughter and I had a short but Fun stay in the cute little house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cook. We used the bikes to see some of the countryside and make use of the bike routes. Matthias was very accommodating and friendly. We had the fortune to meet the whole family :) Highly recommended

We had an incredible time in Kristin and Anders beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standards. We loved the hot tub, dock and view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. Copies, tips on great restaurants, and curiosities about the surroundings, they also gave. Thank you kindly! We will be back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

We were looking for accommodation near our daughter, who was celebrating her 40th birthday. This was 200m from our daughter, so it was the main reason we chose to stay here. The apartment was very nice, everything is here, a bedroom at one end with a nice double bed and nice lovely duvet covers and sheets. We slept very well, kitchen that we did not use but that was well equipped. A living room with a corner sofa, dining table and chairs. In addition, a large, nice bathroom with shower and sauna. We had a great stay and slept very well. This was far beyond our expectations. We are very happy with our stay. If there are several of us who will visit the daughter at the same time again, we would like to stay here.

Super quick in responding. Very clean all over. Small, cosy place with all you need - except, comment from my British husband who drinks a lot of tea: a kettle might be useful 😅 A place definitely to be recommended.

It was a great stay!

The perfect spot for our planned road trip. The apartment is spacious, nice and cozy, situated in a quite and peaceful neighborhood! It's also really good located, with train station and other services nearby. Maria has been a great host, providing useful info. She has also been attentive in case of questions/requests from us. Overall it's been a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Melvin’s apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It is in a lovely quiet area. It was easy to travel into the city centre using the metro which is just 12 minutes walk away.

Monica is a great host. She was always responsive. The apartment is big and there is a lot of natural light. It's really close to the public transportation system. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and clean space.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelle’s apartment in Stockholm! From the moment we arrived, Pelle was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Very cute apartment. Well furnished. Close to the train station and bus stop. Spacious. Way better in person than what it looks like in the pictures. Close to a supermarket. Mall accessible by bus which is 20 minutes away on the bus. Walk from the station to the apartment took us about 15 minutes with our luggage because it’s going uphill. We had a great stay! Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It is quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is convenient and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus, there are places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!

We had a grand stay in Tobias place. Location is great and being in a cul de sac, nice and quiet. Place is small (toilet is tough if you have long legs!), but a nice place with good fittings. Tobias was very responsive.

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place.
