Excellent place, I would go back again. It is very close to the important places of El Rodadero. It is a very quiet and well cleaned place

It was great overall the only downside is that the parking was not covered so the car was in the sun all day , but fortunately at the reception they were able to rent me a covered parking space very cheap but the amenities the place and location were all amazing

I would definitely come back to get away with Mr. Juan Fernando, the location of the apartment, the attention from the building staff, how attentive he was to every detail and every moment of the day, his excellent recommendations regarding local places for activities in general was a 10/10. The apartment and it's location exceeded our expectations. The apartment is well located, is really secure with door panel that has an integrated digital key on the doorl. The apartment is really clean and it was a pleasure to duell inside it, and it comes with a programmable air-conditioned to our liking. Its balcon is a big one with a sliding good to gain access to it. And, there are some nice chairs to enjoy the outside weather, including a table to drink a hot cop of coffee or maybe to enjoy some beers, or whatever. We used this location as satellite location to move and visit other areas, even as far as Santa Marta. We do really recommend this apparent in particular, we greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartmentm 100%, and we are sure that anyone one else would as enjoy it well. So, therefore, to the owner, we thank your for bringing our vacation experience to the highest level.

It was really good we enjoyed the stay

The house is very nice, the furniture is new , it is one block from the beach in a very good sector. In high season you should have patience why it travels a lot of tourist through the sector. it has a caregiver who is very attentive to order, toilet of the mini set. is removed from the rodadero and that helps not feel harassed with so much vendor in the beach area. it has a shopping center 10 minutes walk away and an Olympic two blocks away this is a great advantage not to take out the vehicles in high season that Santa Marta becomes heavy in mobility in the holiday season.

Impeccable experience with them

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

Wow!! Wow! Wow! If you have the chance to stay here. Don’t hesitate. You’ll find yourself truly immersed in the tropical forests of the Sierra Nevada. The views here are breathtaking. The sunsets to die for. The service is absolutely TOP notch - the team here are incredibly outgoing and wonderfully kind. The food delicious and nutritious. Lodging is I immaculate. You will spend your days bathing in the rivers, finding magical waterfalls and exploring beautiful trails. An absolute paradise. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We would definitely like to come to this beautiful place when we return to Santa Marta

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

Sunset view from balcony is priceless!! Very functional for long term stay. Great pool & gym amenities. Avoid staying during Semana Santa (Easter Holy Week), building overrun with tourists, a total zoo. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
