We spent some very pleasant days, it is a very quiet building, very close to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for those of us who stayed with Paulo, highly recommended.

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and the Tayrona park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the advice, it was very useful. We will return to the Colombian Caribbean, without a doubt.

After searching a lot, I stayed there and the place was really amazing, a very good view, super nice and comfortable, the apartment is ideal to go with your family and Lili is super friendly. I would come back again without thinking!

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

Everything spectacular, excellent communication. Half a block from the beach, mall nearby, restaurants, shopping. Excellent ocean views. Angela siper attentive to everything. Highly recommended

The apartment is just like the photos. It's beautiful, spacious, ventilated and with a spectacular view. It has an independent exit to the beach by going down a few stairs. A few meters away are the beaches of Rodadero. Nearby are Olímpica and D1. The kitchen has all the basics to prepare food. The big but is that it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING and the heat is infernal, however it has fans throughout the apartment. It has two rooms and in one of them there are 3 single beds. A curtain is needed because there is movement all night and the light is on all the time. A WARNING IS NEEDED THAT STATES THAT TOILET PAPER SHOULD NOT BE FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES because it clogs the toilets. Recycling management is important. That's all.

Many thanks to Andrea and her team for making our stay a beautiful experience. The view from the suite is spectacular, we were greeted with a very nice welcome sign, the suite was very clean and equipped with everything we needed, they gave us clear and precise instructions and helped us effectively when we needed it. We definitely hope to return soon.

The place is comfortable, very quiet and close to the beach. The internet is very fast (I worked and had video calls), everything was super clean and the kitchen well equipped. I liked that there were two bathrooms. And sunsets are a crazy thing. We regret booking for such a short time.

The apartment is really nice. If you want to rest, have quick access to the beach and be in a quiet place without much noise, this is a very good option. Stephany was always attentive and responded very quickly.

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Excellent apartment, everything very clean, organized, the towels and sheets of the best quality, there was everything in the kitchenware, the photos totally matched what the apartment is. Leidy, the person who received us is very kind and the owner David was always looking out for us, giving us useful information for our stay. In conclusion, we will return to this place without hesitation... Thanks David.

The accommodation is excellent. As shown in the photos and description. Pozos Colordos in a quiet area, perfect for resting, walking on the beach. There is a shopping center nearby where you can find restaurants, pharmacies and a supermarket. Access to the apartment is easy. The building has a nice pool and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Quiet location, in a very exclusive place and with access to the wonderful spaces of the condominium, the apartment is very nice as well as Francia the hostess.

The apartment has everything described and is just like the photos. Communication with the host was excellent. The area is very quiet and not very crowded, which makes your stay more pleasant and private. Close to the airport and easy to get to the different destinations of Santa Marta.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.
