It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

Raquel was a great host and very responsive. Place was clean and as described. Nearby to the airport and the neighborhood was peaceful.

The unit was spotless, n i really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my stay. The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

The room is just as described in the listing. Feels very home-y and cozy! I love the location since it is near the establishments we visited. There are restaurants below the building and a grocery which is a plus! Hosts are responsive and kind. Even let us check-out late. 10/10 recommended. Will definitely book again!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

This is our second time to stay at Maam Diana airbnb unit, i would say that M’Diana is very responsive , she accommodate us properly. The unit is easy to locate and find, it has a clean sorroundings inside,complete kitchen utensils and safe airbnb unit. It’s on the higher level of the building so that they have a breathtaking city view. I would 💯 sure to recommend her unit and will book again in the future. Nowadays it’s really hard to look for a kind and responsive but i am presenting these unit hosts we’ve known. Thank you for a friendly and warm welcome Maam Diana!! 😇 Godbless

Janell, was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our questions before we check in. The apartment felt like home. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

I enjoyed my stay at Jo’s as it was just what I was looking for! Jo was super helpful and very accommodating and made me feel right at home ☺️

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

This is our second time here and we will always go back. The listing has an excellent location being in Cubao and still be big enough for family and having a pool/karaoke/amenities that family will enjoy. Also very pretty space and IG worthy accents. Also being per friendly is a huge plus. Host is very responsive and reasonable.

As it is, Aprelle’s place is already as ideal as it gets. But considering the price you pay, it really is unbeatable. I won’t think twice about booking the place again. I highly recommend it. The location is just perfect as it is super close to everything. But it is peaceful and quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Chona, the caretaker is a gem. She was extremely helpful and went through all the details about the property when she welcomed me at check in. Aprelle’s is incredibly responsive. Even got a reply from her in the late hour that I booked. She was also quite accommodating with an early check in and late check out. You could tell through the personal touches and finer details in the property that she put a lot of attention in making the place feel like home. Book this place when you visit Makati. You will not be disappointed.

Vanessa was a great host throughout my stay. Always available, very knowledgeable (especially regarding real estate), and goes the extra mile for her guests. Kristine and Regine were great co-host, in that they knew the technical aspects of the electronics listed. The listed price is definitely worth it. I will gladly consider working with them again in the future

The space is safe and secure, and there is a smart cat that knows how to ride the elevator from the top floor to the bottom floor which was very entertaining to watch. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor — the elevator does not stop at the penthouse itself. But asides from the entrance into the unit, the unit itself is clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There is also a restaurant attached to the building for some quick eats. It's also very easy to order Grab for any deliveries to this location.

Had a GREAT stay with Charm. A great hostess. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. Slept great. Charm really went above and beyond. Looking forward to staying again. A+++++

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.

Great location! Just a walk away from Greenbelt and Legazpi Sunday market. A number of decent restaurants around. Peaceful on the weekends. Very easy self-check in. One parking slot that’s very near to the elevator, easy to carry your baggages up to the unit. The beds were quite nice. The host was quite gracious and allowed us a late check out. For a three-bedroom unit, it was great value for price. Would very much book again.

To say that I had a wonderful stay at Mitch's place is an understatement. I initially only planned to stay for a few days, and that plan turned into two weeks! Thank you so much guys. Their place has everything that I need, and I love the homey vibe too ☺️ Will definitely stay again when I need some 'me' time ;)
