Cozy one-bedroom apartment near the center and the sea. Developed infrastructure. The apartment is located in a new house. The area is guarded 24/7. The complex also has a children's playground and a pharmacy. You will have access to the entire apartment and the public infrastructure of the complex. I'm available most of the time. These are incredibly comfortable and stylish apartments. The apartment has everything, absolutely, even for animals, they left dishes. In the morning, 7 minutes and you are on the beach, in 2 minutes Silpo and ATB. We enjoyed our stay very much, we recommend it to everyone, especially those who have dogs.

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.
