Cozy one-bedroom apartment near the center and the sea. Developed infrastructure. The apartment is located in a new house. The area is guarded 24/7. The complex also has a children's playground and a pharmacy. You will have access to the entire apartment and the public infrastructure of the complex. I'm available most of the time. I was choosing an apartment to stay in for a long time. I know this residential complex and it is super comfortable and beautiful. And I chose the apartment by photo and upon arrival it exceeded my expectations😍. This is a super cozy, comfortable apartment. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. Super nice interior, there is everything you need for life. The owner is very responsive, responds quickly, all my requests were fulfilled, for which I am infinitely grateful to him)) So I highly recommend this apartment and the owner, you will not regret it)) and I will now come and stay here 🧡

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!
