Our bach is nestled among the tree tops, overlooking the Tairua Harbour, Pauanui, and out to sea towards Shoe and Slipper Islands. Wake to the morning sun streaming in and the song of tui and bellbird. Listen to the call of the morepork and kiwi at night. A sense of peace and seclusion, only a 10-minute walk from the town, or a couple of minutes in the car.

Excellent location, quick walk to Estuary with Marina, cafes/restaurants. Ocean beach is also 5 minutes walk via a cliff path. Tairua shops are a few minutes drive.

The Bus Depot.

The Bus Depot is a rustic retreat overlooking the beautiful firth of Thames. A beautifully restored 1979 Bedford bus which has all the modern comforts but still retains original features of the bus, this area has sleeping for two along with kitchen area, fridge, gas stove and a dining area on the covered deck. From the daybed to the loft space or going for a walk on the farm or just sitting in front of the fire you can enjoy the views at this outstanding location.

Enjoy big views in a unique little space of your own. Our air bnb cabin is nestled in a private area at the bottom of our property. There is a separate bathroom facility that includes a toilet and small sink plus a hot outdoor shower. The cabin has a comfortable queen size bed and facilities to make a hot cuppa. We are a 10minute stroll from central Tairua where you can find a number of eating options. The surf beach is a 5 minute drive or 30minute walk.
