Apartment holiday rentals in Taishan District

Host Hsuan Chen is extremely communicative, friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to get us a new microwave when we asked for one. The house is small but clean and features all fully functioning and moder. the feature i like the most was the bathroom ,modern and has heater function very useful for drying our towels indoors and the host provided many useful amenities which makes for a practical and comfortable stay. small issue with shower drain but host is looking into it. Coco is a very responsive host and kindly accommodated our extra requests. The location is superb, just above Mrt station. Shopping mall is just next door. The cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay.

Melody’s place is great. Bus stops, restaurants, and convenience stores right downstairs. It was a bit confusing at first because Melody said that for two people, she will only open one bedroom, even though we rented the whole apartment. I was staying with my sister and we’re both in our 40s, so we asked Melody for both bedrooms to be opened, and that’s extra. We thought about changing our reservation because of this weird rule, and Melody agreed to open both bedrooms at no extra cost. The appliances and bathroom were both a bit dated, but still kept rather clean. Finding a pair of nose hair trimming scissors in the medicine cabinet irked us a bit though. Melody was a great host over all, we did forget a few items behind and Melody was nice enough to let us retrieve them.

Good location, walking distance to Ximen, coffee shops, restaurants, metro etc. and well as very responsive hosts! The space itself was clean and tidy. Some things to consider when booking: - The room closest to the road can get a bit loud with traffic - The stairs are a bit steep, so even without luggage you need to pay a bit of attention as you go up and down Overall I'd enjoyed the space and would stay here again.

the owner was very responsive and helpful, even gave us list of restaurants near us. overall the place was very clean and very comfy!

The house itself is remodeled and decorated in a really cool way. The entry process was super easy to do via self-check in. The internet was very stable and fast. Jessie was a great host and proactive in communication. We had some home maintenance that was required to be performed during our stay and the guy who did that was also very kind and helpful. Really, the only significant negative we faced was noise problems from some very loud neighbors in the floor above and across the hall, which I hope was simply due to guests at another short-term rental. It was only 3 nights out of our entire 13 day stay. My kids rated this as their favorite AirBnb of all those that we have stayed at in Taipei.

Great place, close to ximending shopping area. Host was very responsive and sent someone to fix the tv within 15mins when we found that it was not working on arrival.

My second time at Julie's. Great location, everything you don't mind a smaller living space, reliable, fast WiFi, five minutes from bustling Ximen and the MRT. Julie is so helpful and kind too. Thank you so much, see you again soon!

Hannah rescued us when the Airbnb we booked was completely not as advertised, and we had to check out on arrival. I contacted her and asked if we could check in immediately, and she went out of her way to graciously accommodate us. The apartment is beautiful, in an awesome neighborhood, and is extremely spacious. It has a well-appointed kitchen, with everything you need, which is rare in Taipei, and Taiwan in general. We really enjoyed cooking our own meals. We used the middle bedroom and it was fun to have the giant bed and super quiet space. We slept so well! The shower is hot with good pressure. There are lots of nice touches throughout, umbrellas when it started pouring rain, automatic lights when you walk in. They've done a stellar job designing the space. Hannah, thanks again for taking us in after such a bad experience and putting huge smiles on our faces.

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

It looks just like the pictures. It’s a great place to say for one person or a couple. The view from the room is beautiful. The shower and especially the hot tub were wonderful. It’s a good place to relax for a few days and easy to get to Tamsui Old street from the room.

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
