The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals and try local ingredients. Feel free to prepare anything from breakfast to dinner at your own pace. ◆ Wi-Fi. Free Wi-Fi is available for remote work or streaming your favorite content. During your stay, you are welcome to use the provided cleaning tools to keep the space tidy. If you would like our cleaning staff to clean the room during your stay, an additional fee will apply. ◆ Room Details. Kitchen: Two-burner IH stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, complete set of dishes, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, cutting board, knife, chopsticks, forks, spoons, children’s dishes. *Please note: seasonings such as salt and pepper are not provided. Bathroom: Shower, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, Sink, hair dryer, face towels, bath towels. Toilet: Toilet with bidet (washlet). Laundry Area: Washing machine, laundry detergent, hangers for drying. Storage: Hangers, iron, vacuum cleaner. Amenities: Bath towels and hand towels provided. Please use the in-room shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. Linen replacement by the host is available for 3,000 JPY per service (please request at least one day in advance). The in-room washing machine and bathroom drying system are free to use. Items Available for Rent (Reservation Required): Baby crib, baby chair, baby bath, stroller, extra blankets, blackout curtains, rice cooker. Please note that the number of these items is limited and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep the room clean. If the room is used in an excessively dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. For example, if linens are soiled by vomit or other bodily fluids, a replacement fee will also apply. A special cleaning fee of 30,000 JPY will be charged if smoking is detected inside the premises. -Parties and other noisy activities are not allowed in the room. -Please remove your shoes when entering the room. -Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted. -Please treat the furniture and equipment with care. In case of any damage, please inform us immediately. -Do not leave small children alone in the room. -Cancellations will be handled in accordance with Airbnb’s cancellation policy. If you are concerned about last-minute cancellations, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. -Guests under 20 years old cannot stay in our room on their own. At least one guest in the group must be 20 years old or older. Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges for damages.
