It is a legal B&B with a whole floor of the fourth floor: Pingzhang No. 300. The owner, Big Nose, is from Hong Kong. He came to Taiwan for work and met his wife, Xiaotian. Finally, they decided to stay in their favorite place, "Kenting", and run Big Nose Inn together.
