Holiday rentals with breakfast in Taiwan

This little homestay was a perfect getaway after Taipei. We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and scenery, which you could see from your bed. You can also easily access Jiufen by bus or private car in no longer than 10 minutes. The space itself is super pretty and well maintained, the pictures really don’t do it justice! The breakfast was also nice, especially because you could eat and enjoy the view. Would’ve loved to stay longer!

This time, it was the second visit. The owner was still enthusiastic. Because we had a large number of people, the temporary increase in the number of people could help us add a set of beds. The lack of kitchenware could also be replenished immediately. I really appreciate the owner!

Great airbnb conveniently located a few minutes walking distance to Hualien station! The place was extremely roomy and so was the bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing missing was that there was no hand soap provided, so I ended up using the shower gel wash.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The house is thoughtfully designed and decorated, great for families (board games and a ping pong table), and great breakfast. Also, Cindy and Henri were very proactive and responsive to all our questions, including arranging surf lessons. We hope to come back in the future!

The couple was so welcoming and friendly and gave such wonderful recommendations! Even for the next spot on our itinerary, Jiaoxi. We loved the funky design of the place and were really impressed that the high counter was made by them! The view of Keelung mountain in the bedroom is really pretty too! They also came out to meet us to bring us to the property and were so warm, that we felt at home right away. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! :)

It is a traditional building full of old morning flavors, with red brick walls with slanted tile roofs and indoors made of warm wood, where nostalgic touches and delicate arrangements can be seen.Surprisingly, the wooden door of the room also retains the design of the traditional wooden bolt, the unique creaking sound when opening and closing the door, as if you also opened the memory switch of your parents and mom and dad, they talked about the past life. The stories and daily lives of those who live in the old house, let us also go back to that humble era.For our fifth grade elders this time, it was as if they had returned to their old home in their childhood memory and were very kind. The most touching is the kindness and enthusiasm of the homeowner, who not only greeted us kindly, but also specially prepared a cup of coffee and tea, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming.That distanceless communication gives a deep sense of human feelings from the bottom of it. We were allowed to spend a week with Joyce and we loved it. The whole house is very modernly furnished and spotlessly clean. The upper floor was available to us and on the lower floor is the shared kitchen and the hostess's room. We felt welcome and comfortable at all times. The hostess Joyce was super friendly and took care of us, made us breakfast and gave us tips for the area. She and her also super kind mother really grew dear to us during the time. We can highly recommend Joyce's apartment and will definitely be back next time in Chenggong.

It was a great stay, the family felt very comfortable, the location was convenient, in a central location, and the owner was very friendly, the response was very quick, and the overall feeling was very good.

Because I went out with two dogs, I specifically looked for pet-friendly accommodation.This CP is super high!The main point is that the dog can sleep with the owner in bed! You can cook in the B&B, fully equipped ~ The housekeeping service is very good Next time I go to Yilan, I'll choose Black Skin Home again ~

It is really near MRT Ximen and Ximending Walking Street. There is also 7 eleven near the place. I love the breakfast included even though there is an allotted budget per person staying in the unit. I hope the faucet is near the toilet so it would be easier to get water. But overall, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommended for group of 4. Spacious place.

Great host and welcome us when we entered into the place. Easy to find out the location and Starbucks is just around the corner. Cleaning room and great decorations for us to relax for whole tire day of the trip

It’s right in the heart of everything! But also it’s very easy to catch an Uber if you want to experience a different part of the city, but everything is also walkable where you are! Best part is there’s a 7-Eleven right underneath you as well as a night market!

The guest house is conveniently located right in front of the train station (<1min walk) and 7 mins away from the most breath taking view of the sea! The guest house is so uniquely cool, decorated with all the artsy surf merch you can imagine! The owner is also a surf coach so if you love surfing, this is the right place for you! The owner, Mr Huang, is the most hospitable, kindest and friendliest person ever! He invited us for a basketball game with his kids and I say that was one of my most memorable nights in Taiwan🇹🇼!

Pretty good value, the room is clean and welcoming, the owner is kind and polite in introducing the environment, also provides cookies, candy, fruit, coffee milk tea, the only small downside is the slower message response before check-in, but the overall experience is still immaculate, push one!👍

Absolutely awesome stay in an old house From the doorstep to the courtyard, the reception hall to the room, each is a thoughtful detail from the owner, and coming to the old house feels like traveling through time and space! Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to experience old culture in Tainan! The location is also very convenient Not suitable for group hustle and bustle, just quiet and enjoy old time

Nisa’s place was amazing. Super cute and the room was big and had everything we needed. She was super sweet and made sure we had hot water for tea. The location was right by the bus station, bike paths, and yummy food.

Wow! One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve experienced based on hospitality alone. 羅奶奶 is a sweet, kind, and thoughtful host who made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She prepared a balanced, delicious breakfast every morning and customized it based on our preferences. She went above and beyond and even offered us tea/drinks/snacks. Our stay felt like we were staying with family. Location is a close walk to the night market and right next to the Kenting National Forest entrance! Loved the stay. The hosts were so friendly, giving me traveling recommendations and dropping me off at the bus station because of my heavy luggages. Be aware the walk from the bus station to the place is a steep incline for 8 minutes, definitely walkable but difficult if you have many luggages. The place itself was absolutely gorgeous and worth it though

I really enjoyed my stay with Clara. Her cooking was superb and very lovingly prepared. I really appreciate the time shared around the fire sharing tea.
