Сомони. Крепкое и надежное 12-этажное здание советской постройки (особенно актуально после землетрясений). Здание обжитое и поэтому никто не ведет ремонтные работы (абсолютная тишина). Рядом супермаркеты, кафе и рестораны, парк Рудаки, ЦУМ и т.д. Такое расположение - мечта каждого путешественника.
