Absolutely perfect place for the city if you need an overnight place. The location on fort street made this apartment a dream to get into the city and back from a night out! Very quiet residence and the room itself spectacular. I am surprised city apartments come in that size! The room was very cozy laid out beautifully with all the ammenities easily accessible. The lounge space was perfect for my friends and I to play our board games all night without cramming all in one space! The clear details and instructions made it easy to get settled and to pack up the next day. Hiral was very responsive and even made sure we didn’t have any other needs when we checked in. Thank you for having us stay was a lovely flat with a lovely host!

I regularly stay at the Heritage when I am in Aotearoa - I lived here a few years ago & came to Farmers as a child - so it has a homely nostalgia to me. Plus you get to use the pools, gym & sauna which is a massive bonus. The room was well stocked with toiletries & smelt lovely. Heating/aircon worked well. My only constructive feedback would be to remove the massive couch. The studio is small so you can watch tv in bed if that’s your thing.. it took up a lot of space & didn’t leave much room for luggage so it seemed a bit unnecessary. A larger more functional table would be a better use of space but that’s just my opinion! Maybe some more cutlery as well. Otherwise - thanks for the stay. The recommendations for bars & restaurants are worth taking note of if you aren’t an Auckland local. ✌🏽💛

The lobby to the building was simply great and super comfortable! The restaurant on the upper floor was incredibly convenient with really yummy breakfasts. The apartment was super comfortable, smelled great, clean, comfy bed and well appointed with everything you could need. It was super cozy!!The balcony was a nice addition! I arranged with my driver if he could take me to the location where the keys where, he had no issues with it as it was very close. As a foreigner I understand how nerve wracking it could be to go to another location to get keys if you don’t know the area, but trust me the place is literally couple blocks away. Catherine directions were very clear and super easy. I was able to leave my luggage on the lobby by the reception desk, walked to the location on my last day to drop the keys and it was a breeze with businesses and restaurants along the way. Don’t be intimidated it was very easy. Catherine was so great and very kind. Thank you so so much for everything!!

This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a great location. My family and I loved everything about this home (how well planned the home is, the convenience of its location and the little details in the home itself). I would definitely book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a central Auckland abode.

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s in Auckland for their stay! Thank you again, Lum!

Highly recommended! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is perfectly located - Ponsonby, Wynyard Quarter and the CBD are all walking distance away - and Victoria Park is great for a stroll/some exercise. 2 mins walk to the New World supermarket is great too. Nice size apartment (2 of us staying), with everything you need - we had an extended stay of almost 2 weeks and appeciated all of the features of the apartment. Communal pool, sauna and exercise facilities are great too. We are locals - we were staying here whilst our house is being rennovated - so know Auckland. We can heartily recommend this apartment as an excellent place to base yourself and explore the central city and waterfront!

The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Having access to the hotel's amenities was a very nice feature while staying here. Unfortunately, nighttime road construction and disorderly and very loud ranting people on the street below kept us awake each night. Overall, though, it was a very convenient location and otherwise a nice stay.

Had a lovely stay; spacious rooms, nice living area, and fully functional kitchen. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and about 15 minute walk to the Aotea Centre. About 30 minute walk to get down to the wharf. Highly recommend Coco’s Cantina around the corner; and loved that there was a washer and dryer, and the shower water pressure was amazing. Robert was very quick to respond to any messages, and very friendly to communicate with. He was very accommodating in helping me change my dates a couple of months before my trip. Overall lovely stay!

Great little hideaway in a lovely suburb. Cute little flat tucked st rhe end of a long driveway. Easy parking. Super quiet and safe neighbourhood. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Neat, tidy and well equipped right in the heart of the CBD. Was perfect for my short stay.

The apartment is completely new, everything was very clean, well equipped (I would appreciate bigger sofa but no big deal as you can lay in the comfortable bed.) Also pool and gym looked nice (we just did not use it but checked the out:)). Ying was responsive and nice.

Sue was extremely generous and hospitable. She let us borrow her raincoats and provided some food and coffee for breakfast. The accommodation is clean and centrally located. Sue lives upstairs, and guests stay at the bottom level. There is not a full kitchen so it's a perfect place for a weekend. The bathroom is clean and has a washer/dryer. Overall, it's a great spot!

Maree was a lovely host and her apartment was so elegant and tasteful and filled with pretty things - it was a real treat to get to stay there. :)

Great location, comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms. Couple of things to note. Info folder was not obvious, inside coffee tbl drawer, info papers in a mess. We didnt find it till 3 days in, so couldn't figure out how to get out of the garage. Called houst, they didn't know, called the bldg manager, then had to call 2nd bldg mgr to find the scanner (on the pillar before the roller door), residents have remote so they couldn't help. Need clear directions of where the bins are located. Be mindful, no central A/C or heating or reverse cycle, could be an issue mid summer & mid winter. Got quite warm during sunny days and floor fans were noisy especially when trying to sleep at night. 2nd bdrm wardrobe was packed with oil heaters, cushions, pillows in the baskets, had to push them all on top shelf to use the baskets for clothes. These are minor things to be aware of. Still a great stay and eould book again.

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

Beautiful property with plenty of spaces for our group of 8. Lovely huge deck with a fantastic view of Onetangi Beach, surrounded by native trees and bush and delightful bird song. Kitchen was well equiped and all the bedrooms were a good size. It's a good half hour walk down to the beach and a bit longer coming back up the hill :-). Great weekend and everyone enjoyed the property.

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed including a really cool covered outdoor area with a rural and beach view that we spent a good amount of time in laughing, playing cards, having Waiheke vino & antipasto platters. If it was raining or windy you can pull down the screens to block it off. The heated outdoor shower and spa was great after a swim the beach, shops and restaurants were so close to walk too.

Victor has been such a great host. He's been very quick and responsive to anything we need. He's let us completely enjoy his house and even provided extra items that we suggested. He's very friendly and help. We enjoyed our stay very much.
