Te Kopa Villa, Was perfect for me and my family. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds with fans in every room. The property is nice and quiet with a lovely indoor/outdoor flow onto the deck and the friendly neighbours cow and goats were a delight for the children to see. I would definitely recommend the villa to any familys who are looking for somewhere to stay in Rarotonga. Thank you for the lovely stay

it was just Beautiful right on the water and beach is like a dream free coconuts growing on property mangos are great party bus service free flippers and goggles ect the host is nice the villa was great

We had the most wonderful time at Jacinda & Franz’s heavenly Air BnB in gorgeous Arorangi Beach. It was the absolutely perfect getaway for us and our 8 year old daughter. Comfortable, clean, and spacious accommodation with a private pool in the most beautiful spot, with the loveliest of hosts. Too many highlights to list, but watching the sun rise over the mountains from the deck as we ate our breakfast, and watching it set in the evenings while taking a dip in the sea on the private beach - alongside beautiful doggies Poppy and Caesar, were unforgettable. Thank you so much for making our holiday so memorable and perfect. We’re already planning our return trip!

Beautiful location on quiet beach. Basic but all you need for an island escape

A beautiful home in paradise! Having this stunning accomodation to base ourselves as we explored and enjoyed the island was perfect. The house was air conditioned luxury, modern and beautifully decorated - we had everything we needed and more. Starlink wifi kept us well connected, the swimming pool was perfect and the bbq on the deck gave us a nice option for dining at home. Evie was an absolute star when we were organizing our visit. She offered early check in and late check out options to work in with our flights, and shared detailed information about the accomodation so we felt well prepared before we got there. We feel so lucky to have had this time at Te Aro Villa 2. To Evie and family - Meitaki Mata! We loved calling your place our home for 9 days 🌺

Was so nice to walk in the front door and find that the property exceeded our expectations of the photos!! It really is a lovely place. We hadn’t picked up on the openness of the two bedrooms, which for some people travelling as two couples may not be suitable, we just added it to the humour of the trip. The hosts were so lovely and very helpful, saw them on a regular basis. We weren’t always aware that they would be showing up or coming to do maintenance on the pool etc but it worked for us.

We have just returned from an 11 day stay at the Raro beach bach and we absolutely loved it! We travelled as a family group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen and two kids 6 & 4) We stayed in the main house and 1 studio. Great location. So much better in person! We found the property provided all that we needed and was well stocked. Bbq worked well, the property has mobile fans throughout the rooms. It was clean and tidy and well presented. Kitchen is well stocked and everything worked well. The tv was a bonus to keep the kids busy while we planned our next activities and we could connect to Netflix, YouTube etc. The windows are covered by mosquito nets which was a relief. The out door seating area and table was a popular spot for us and we spent many late nights of laughter playing cards and yarning away while the kids slept. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Bathroom also clean. The outside area was clean and so beautiful, the views - amazing!!! We loved the beach! Yes rocky in spots but

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Del Sol. From the wonderful warm welcome from Joy and Arjay, who helped us in with luggage and showed us around the amazing villa's. The wonderful hosts and staff made our stay so amazing. The villa's are so private, calm and peaceful - it is a little slice of paradise on a magic island. The villa's are so well equipped, clean, and nestled in magic gardens. Nothing was a bother from the hosts - they gave us amazing notes about everything you could think of - including where to buy birthday cakes, where to dine and activities on the Island. We had an incredible stay at Casa Del Sol and hope that one day we will get to return. Thank you all for making our family holiday so special.

Greg's house is a great base to explore Rarotonga. It's comfortable, stylish and is right on the oceanfront. The location is not somewhere you can swim safely, although rockpools are interesting at low tide. The house has a lovely lap pool which is perfect for hot days and morning exercise. The roar of the waves is a constant backdrop, reminding you that you're in South Pacific paradise. The house is best suited to 2 couples with two large bedrooms, I feel, although our youngest son (18) was quite happy out in thel studio, but it is basic. We travelled with our two sons, and the flexibility that the house offered, rather than booking 2 rooms in a resort, was fantastic. Sitting on the deck at sunset, G & T in hand, was a daily highlight, such a privilege. The house is super quiet, in terms of any noise from neighbours, so very private and peaceful. The flat grassed garden to the side was great for our soccer-mad boys to kick a ball around for exercise. You absolutely need a car.

Our accomodation was was amazing! Phillip was a great communicator and his wife was lovely. The house was in a great location, private, large and beautiful. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, fruit and flowers. the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially by the pool. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!

This private casita in the Cook Islands was everything I hoped for and more. Tucked away in a peaceful spot with beautiful ocean views, it felt like a little slice of paradise. Waking up and seeing the sea in the distance made every morning feel special. The casita was spotless, everything looked new, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable—but the highlight was definitely the mattress. It was amazing. Honestly one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had—so soft, supportive, and perfect after a day of exploring the island. A huge thank you to Ira, the host, who was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. From thoughtful local tips to making sure I had everything I needed, Ira really went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, and truly relaxing stay in the Cook Islands, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Omg! This place was absolute magic! I 🥰 I knew when I wanted to book somewhere for my 30th I wanted something exactly like this villa. It exceeded my expectations and more. Waking up to the most beautiful views everyday, to having easy access to the beach, kayaks, swim equipment etc. Having the most beautiful, friendly cleaners that greeted us everyday with a smile and always checking into see if we needed anything. Kiana pureau was the one who checked us in and she was just a beautiful soul, very helpful & gave us some experiences to try which we did & loved! Theirs nothing I can complain about, everything from check in to check out was a breeze! The villa made our whole holiday even more special & we will definitely be back again. 1000/1000 recommend this place!❤️

Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer !! Fantastic house and location. The house provided everything we wanted and needed. Thanks Tony and Lhia and thank you for the most welcome goodies in the fridge on our arrival, we will return.

We absolutely loved John and Ann’s home. It was beautiful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was right on the beach, near grocery stores, restaurants and hikes. We had gorgeous weather which was the icing on the cake. Chantal greeted us as John’s concierge. Her friendly island flair made us feel right at home. We got in late at night and there were snacks and drinks waiting for us in the fridge. She gave us a run down on places to eat and activities to consider. The lagoon was excellent for paddle boarding and snorkeling. We had an amazing time. Thank you!!

We loved Te-Manava so much, we will be coming back. The staff were excellent, was like a hotel. Vitiama was also so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. From booking tours, organising a taxi or dinner reservation, she was onto it immediately. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I stayed at Malina’s air BnB on our Honeymoon and could not have asked for a better place to stay! We booked our stay here very last minute due to our original accommodation falling through, Malina was so accommodating to our situation and totally put my mind at ease. Our whole stay at the air BnB was exactly what we were after, it was quiet, private and had everything we could possibly need (the beautiful pool was definitely a highlight!). We are forever grateful to Malina for making our honeymoon as perfect as we could have hoped. We will definitely be back and could not recommend this stay more to other people considering it!!

Such a beautiful house near the heart of town. The house was accurately described and awesome place to spend a week. Communication was slow but when eventually answered informative. Highly recommend to others

The Villa was large, spacious, clean, and private. Overall, we were pleased that we booked it! Everything worked perfectly and the deck area was the highlight for us. We spent as much time as we could outdoors. Yes, there are roosters outside but they really weren’t that bad. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to ‘island’ noise. The rooms were comfy with lots of towels and bedding supplied. There is a washer but no dryer (line dry). The only suggestion I have already made was to have manuals or instructions about how to use the stove (turn the switch on at the wall first), and the washing machine. We are American so we are not familiar with the symbols on the microwave or washing machine detergent compartment. Haha. We kept bothering them with questions and photos but they were very reaponsive. We would stay there again and highly recommend their Villa to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway that is still close to many amenities and the beach.

Great home, close to airport. We hired a scooter, which was great. I wouldn't walk down the long driveway at night, just because of the dogs, they can get territorial. However, that being said, if you are on a bike, scooter, or car, you will be fine. It is a seldom occurrence in our experience. The host was amazing, she really went above and beyond. The pool is inviting, the home is spotless. Aircon in bedrooms is great. The fully fenced home is very private. This home, and the host Anita deserve 5 stars, we recommend this place to other guests.

Wow, what a gorgeous house! First time in Rarotonga, we were gonna stay in a hotel but found this adorable Airbnb perfect for us – me, the hubby, the little one, and my MIL. It was even better than the pics! So much privacy, the pool was awesome (my son lived on those floaties!), rooms were huge and spotless. Loved the furniture, those long bedroom tables were great. Beds were comfy. The outdoor space was pure heaven. Perfect location. Felicia was the best host ever, super clear instructions, communication was top-notch. She's created such a beautiful place! We're totally coming back. Highly recommend it! 👌

Lovely place to stay. Right by the beach. if you don't mind the local roosters waking you up early it's a great place to relax. Pool was cool and refreshing. which you share with the other villa. A lack of snorkeling equipment- so bring your own. Shops a 1 minute walk away. And hosts very helpful with local information. Would recommend this wee oasis.

Marion was the best host! Clear comms the whole way through and always responsive. Beautiful house in a prime inland location. Amazing views and only a few minutes to town and the amazing bars/ eateries. Beds are comfy, aircon was a blessing on some nights however the ceiling fans are normally all we needed. Loved the laundry and bathroom facilities. Huge deck, lots of outdoor furniture and good sized pool. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you so much Marion.
